I have purchased several units- some…

I have purchased several units- some great, some NOT so great at all. Luvme doesn’t post your honest reviews if they are not favorable- they disappear which is shady but it’s to keep the ratings high- but not honest or reflective of our experience. My very first Luvme unit went back immediately. I have had some good and bad experiences in between but my last unit will be my last purchase with LuvMe Hair EVER. I purchased the unit with multiple tops that you zip on- in theory the design was amazing, but the execution was flawed. Zipper always visible. Nothing you can do about it! Hair is good- no smell or shedding. Color is good. Style was off but that isn’t an issue. LuvMe doesn’t post honest reviews and we get suckered into purchasing poor products because of this!!!

Item Not as Pictured! Poorly Constructed, Horribly Styled

First time customer. Last time customer. Never again! The wig I ordered was a glueless bob. The net was sloppily cut, the style was not as pictured with one half of the wig turned under and the other half chopped off, irregular and what was supposed to be wavy curl going under was a mess.

How this item passed quality assurance, got packaged and shipped to me is horrible. I will never--and I do mean never waste money dealing with a company that doesn't deliver what it advertises.

I don't have the words to explain my utter and complete disappointment. I enjoy wigs and I have a large collection of them. This was my first time trying a glueless, and what I received could have been sold on the street in a back alley. Nope. Don't waste your time and money. You will not get what you ordered.

Also the length was longer than pictured! This wig is now in the trash.

Exceptional Service!

I reached out to them regarding a birthday gift discount card they had in store for me, and I had a slight personal issue. Taylor and Tracy have been very helpful in assisting me and making a special exception for me. I reached out to them via WhatsApp as well, but they responded to me via email, as the process through WhatsApp is much longer and slower. I wasn't even expecting that so I was blown away with them reaching out. Their customer service is top-notch. Luvme is truly the best!

I’ve been checking them out for quit sometime now, although I ordered the wrong wigs they were very accommodating with helping me return and correct my order. They were very responsive and helpful which means a lot to me as one of their new customers.

Nice wig but…

This is a nice wig and It looks just like the picture. I have been ordering wigs from Luvme hair for a while now, and never disappointed until now. When I got the wig I could easily feel the track line showing throughout the wig, so I contacted luvme and told them about the issue. They sent me a gift card towards my next purchase which was cool, no big deal. After wearing it for a few days, I noticed it shedding, a lot. Fine because wigs do shed. After washing it, clumps of hair just kept coming out. When I washed it a second time, the same thing happened. Even now when I comb it, it sheds so bad that the wig is thinning a lot. I wanted to love this wig so bad, but unfortunately I will have to throw this one away.

Let’s be honest

Let’s be honest, the lace on the units are really to light for women of color, to me it makes the unit look tacky, because you can see the lace when wearing it, It should look more natural… The models that’s wearing the units on any social media platform have filters on the lace to make it look like it blends with your skin, but when you receive the units and try them on, it’s nothing close to what you expect. Good luck

At Luvme Hair, we currently offer two types of lace: our standard lace and our undetectable lace. The undetectable lace is designed to be lighter, thinner, and more adaptable to a wider range of skin tones. However, we completely understand that the standard lace may not provide the same level of natural blending, which can result in the issue you described.

While many customers use a bit of foundation or lace tint to help the lace better blend with their skin tone, we understand that the lace color may not meet everyone’s expectations. Fantastic customer service, above and beyond

The communication was constant and customer service was always polite and ready to help. There was a delivery strike where my order was headed and they checked in with me throughout. Lucy was wonderful. I received a gift as an apology for the delay, even though it had nothing to do with Luvme. The product is also amazing! So beautiful and the colours are exactly like the photos

Audrey was GREAT at addressing my concerns.

My concerns were addressed immediately. Audrey was GREAT! She paid attention to what I was saying. Once she heard what my issue was, she resolved it expeditiously — which I appreciate. Since my package was delivered to the wrong house (with the same address but different street) she gave me the option of signing for future packages. Audrey was kind and pleasant to talk to. She made me feel at ease and I was comfortable talking with her. She was able to accommodate me with a new delivery date AFTER my vacation. I’m very happy with the quick response and professionalism of Audrey. If I ever have a problem in the future, I want her to be the representative I speak with. Audrey is a wonderful representative for Luvme Hair.

I trust LuvMe compared to the other…

I trust LuvMe compared to the other vendors. The hair is quality, soft and reasonably priced. The cute purple box is a special touch that helps to maintain the wigs.

Additionally, the added gifts puts a smile on my face. My last purchase was pre-plucked, pre-cut and the hair was just giving "no fake here." LuvMe is a company with integrity and their service is indicative of such value. I am elated that I trust LuvMe and made this purchase. LuvMe, you have won a dedicated consumer and I urge that you also check out their products. Plus, the wig arrived before the scheduled date. A big plus!!!
