I love the products but extremely…

I love the products but extremely disappointed that percentage-off sales do not include women’s plus sizes (for the same exact products). For example, the split neck lace nightgown regular size is currently on sale for $79.99, but the plus size is not discounted and listed for $128.00. I’m not comfortable with this discrimination, although I’m pleased plus sizes are offered. Due to this, I opted not to make an additional purchase today.

Zero stars! I ordered XL long sleeve and pants for me and XS long sleeve and pants for my wife. Then I ordered shorts and short sleeves for my wife and I. The XL was a little tight. I asked if I could exchange the men’s XL for XXL? They said yes we’ll change you and your wife’s to XXL. I said just the men’s i already reordered the shorts because I took the tags off the XL. They sent me another pair of XXL short sleeves and shorts. They then start playing games with me not helping me return them. They are awful!

This business is terrible

This business is terrible. Maybe not quite a scam, but it's definitely not a trustworthy company. It took me months of back and forth emails with customer service and finally filing a complaint with both the BBB and Federal Trade Commission in order to be refunded my money from a return received by them months earlier.

Avoid!

Avoid! We ordered a slip which arrived faulty: the seam was defective. We contacted customer service on the day of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange but they refused due to the fact that the tag had been removed. Several emails ensued but we got nowhere. We have had to seek a chargeback through our credit card company to recoup the cost. Terrible customer service. I wish I had researched beforehand as there are several similar reviews.

REPLY: the order number is UK2222105524. We have already provided this information and attempted numerous times to receive the refund or exchange we are legally entitled to so I’m not convinced by your reply to this review. If you do resolve this issue I will happily share this with others!

Virtually no "silk" in sight

The audacity to name your site "silkysilk" and then use it to sell items that are as little as 35% silk (no mention of this anywhere on the site, of course) is absolutely shocking. Of course, there are breakable tabs on the good that invalidate your right to a refund.

This seller is charging extortionate prices for low quality, poorly tailored goods, steer well clear
