Hardingevans were recommended by the agent their quote was similar to others, Rachael was the solicitor dealing with our purchase we had no chain neither did the vendor. It was my first property purchase in 30 years and I was unsure of the process, any questions we had were answered in very reasonable time either by email or phone call. The receptionist was helpful when we dropped off paperwork checking it over before we left.

This has to be the worst solicitors around, they are incompetent lazy and very slow. I needed a something from my documents, it was very important I rang them 4 times and they never got back to me, I lost out on ￡100. Stay clear of this rubbish company. I asked Mason Baggott and Garton for the ￡100 which i lost because of them, they said it was not their fault, they said that there was clearly a breakdown in our system which should not have occurred but we are not liable for the ￡100. They knew it was their fault but refused to pay. I made a complaint but that's been brush under the carpet. Stay clear of this company. You lose money and your time..

I had a very disappointing experience with this conveyancing firm. The solicitor handling my case was unprofessional, uncommunicative, and generally unhelpful throughout the process.

I would not use this firm again and would not feel confident recommending them to others.


Terrible company Jennifer the director is a fraud and commits extortion daily. She does the opposite to what she says she does in her bio and I'll assume so do all the other people that work for her. Publicly they look like shining stars, self written self promoted high egos, but in truth, they are what is wrong with our society and the reason why it is rotting at its core.
