Paid for services that were never completed
Paid for document preparation but when my wife filed before me, I was told too bad, it’s no good now and no refund and needed to pay another $600 for new paperwork. I paid for document preparation and for my wife to be served which never happened so I paid full price for half of the service. Communication was lousy and lagging. No attempt whatsoever to make things right or even offer a partial refund. Would not recommend.

This would be like saying: "I paid to have them re-tile my bathroom, but after the work was finished, my wife didn't like the color. They refused to redo the work for free, even though it wasn't their fault."
I'm sorry you feel this way Jamison. But you paid us to do a job, and we did it. Why would we work for free because of something that your wife did outside of our control?
