At first they was really nice asked to give good reviews and in my desperation of help they overcharged me with interest and the attorney was no help. I was told they was going to take care of all fees with court and I still had to pay out of pocket.. seems like a scam be careful!!!!! Look for a free attorney instead. They make it purposely difficult to give a negative review

My attorney Michael is fantastic. Very on top of things. No games. No crazy stuff. Very this is how it is. Upfront with all cost and all processes. Never put me off or made me weight to talk with him. 10/10 recommendation for him and Marble. 10/10 do not recommend a divorce or even marriage. We recently joined up with Marble Law, needing to follow through with my immigration application. I knew that I had company coming from Canada for a month, then a 50th wedding anniversary to attend out of state immediately after. I had an already heavy plate of pressures trying to see to meals and all guests comfort, also knowing that my bigger priority should really have been to work on my paperwork, yet it seemed as though I barely had enough time to sleep! The same day that we had our nuch loved company hitting the road to home, we needed to pack and head to a weekend celebration out of state. On our way home, our car broke down, and as we sit in a motel 8, waiting to hear how much a repair bill will be, I just told my husband, not once, did anyone at Marble Law bother me or rush me, when I had no time, they just sent me polite texts, reminding me they were there to help if I needed. I can't say a thing wrong, about a service that helps when I need, but doesn't add to the pressures of life!

On Friday 6/27 I had my free consultation and decided to move forward by paying the $49 fee to book with an attorney and get a plan together for services. Immediately my email address was entered wrong, and when we realized it, I gave the correct address and asked for my receipt and documents to be sent to me. They weren’t, so I sent a follow up text confirming the correct email and again asking for my receipt and information for Monday 6/30 for my 9am appt with attorney Simone Markowitz. I received no response.
On Monday, 6/30, at 8:20 am, 40 minutes before my call with the attorney I was matched to, I texted to let them know I needed to be reached at a different number. The consultant responded back immediately stating no problem, she’d get it updated.
At 9:05 when I hadn’t yet received a call from my attorney, I called them only to find out my number was never updated (as I was told it would be) and the attorney called the number I wasn’t at. I tried getting an explanation as to why my number wasn’t correctly updated and the rep was SO RUDE and nasty. She kept interrupting me, wouldn’t give me an answer and despite the error on THIER end, I was forced to reschedule to later in the day, but not before the rep hung up on me, and I called back multiple times only for them to pick up and hang up on me immediately.
I finally got back through and I tried to again express my frustration with the situation as this situation is an emergent situation and I don’t have time to keep pushing it out. The rep then said to me “well do you wanna sit here and keep asking questions wasting time or do you want to reschedule?” Baffled, I rescheduled.
Not even 2 hours later my rescheduled appointment was canceled without them reaching out to me. I had to call them to which they told me my attorney got called into court - okay no worries- find a new day, they told me a morning would be best so I don’t get cancelled again so I rescheduled for a morning 3 days out and 3 hours later it’s CANCELLED AGAIN and I didn’t get a call.

They took my money, had the WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced and then have cancelled me TWICE.

This place is a SCAM!!!! And based off everything else I’m reading, this is common practice for them!!! I’m having to dispute the charges off my card because I can’t even get through to them!

Stay far far away!!!

GOT MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED.MAIN ONE. WAS THERE ANY ISSUES WITH MY SPOUSE NOT BEING THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER OF NONE OF MY 5 KIDS. ONLY TWO KIDS ARE STILL IN THE HOME WITH US. AND HE DID NOT ADDOPT NOT ONE OF MY KIDS.BEEN MARRIED FOR 11YEARS AND TOGETHER FOR 14YEARS..EXPLAINED I WENT TO THE COURTS IN JANUARY OF 2019 TO EXPRESS MY CONCERN WAS ,HE MARRIED ME FOR THE BENEFITS. MARRIED FOR FINANCIAL GAIN NOT LOVE. ADMITTED TO HAVING BEEN SEEING 10 WOMEN BEFORE HE MARRIED ME AND CONTINUED AFTER FOR A YEAR. UNTIL MY MOTHER WAS WITH A GIRL WE BOTH KNEW BEFORE WE MET EACH OTHER. AND SHE SHOWED MY MOTHER HER PHONE SHOWING MY HUSBANDS # AND A MESSAGE ASKING HER IF SHE WANTED TO HANG OUT WHEN HE GOT OFF HIS NIGHT SHIFT JOB.. I FORGAVE HIM. BUT HE HAS CHANGED,BUT NOT ONE THING I ASKED AND DESPERATELY NEEDED. AND HE KNEW THEM BEFORE ME. HE SPENT MORE TIME OUR FIRST YEAR OF MARRIAGE WITH OTHER WOMEN AND BY TIME HE GOT HOME HE HAD TO GO TO SLEEP. THEN AFTER HE ADMITTED HE HAS A JEZEBEL SPIRIT AND THATS WHY HE WAS SEEING OTHER WOMEN AND ALMOST LEFT ME FOR ONE. SO I TOLD MY HUSBAND ABOUT HER SON AND HE GOT LOUD CURSED AT ME AND SAID HE DOESNT GIVE A F.. BUT BY THE WAY HE SAID THAT TO ME. HE ALREADY KNEW BUT COULDNT SAY ANYTHING CAUSE HE HAS CONTINUED TO LIE AND SAY HE HASNT TALKED TO HER SINCE HE ADMITTED TO WHAT HE HAD DONE.. Even though I could prove it to him that they have still been communicating and he has been there for her. However, has not been there for me. When I told him or I sent him the message that she sent to me and let him know how I felt. He ends up getting upset with me and texting me saying he’s leaving and moving to Wisconsin

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent experiences I have encountered with my attorney, particularly in relation to communication and the handling of my case.

It has come to my attention that my attorney has not been responsive to my directives. When issues arose in my case, rather than reaching out to me directly, my attorney had Marble contact me to discuss alternative options. I have documented this sequence of events through email correspondence, and I have also engaged with Marble's customer care, who appeared to be unaware of the reasons for their outreach.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to speak directly with my attorney to clarify these matters, which has added to my frustration. Furthermore, my experience with Marble has shown that their services do not offer a cost advantage compared to consulting with my attorney directly or hiring an additional attorney independently. Direct communication with an attorney is vital for effective representation, and I believe this is a key benefit that Marble does not provide.

For the sake of clarity, I am prepared to share comparative pricing information from another attorney outside of Marble to substantiate my concerns regarding the costs and overall efficacy of this approach. Initially, I believed that utilizing Marble would simplify my legal process; however, it has become evident that this has not been the case.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your guidance on how best to proceed.

Beware!! Marble law is a scam and once they have your money don't count on getting it back. They took 2400 dollars and it was the worst experience ever. Lawyers dont care about their clients and the support team they say you get are a sham as well. They would only refund 74 dollars knowing they screwed me over and over again. I end up with 2 lousy lawyers still got no where. Find yourself a real legal time. These company is awful. The legal community is more then aware of Marble and the constant is that they screw over there clients. I wish I would have known this sooner.

I chose Marble Law because when I was doing my research they popped up as the best. They also had really good reviews. I got Chad Pemberton, and Karen Perez to work with me / represent me. They were really amazing with explaining everything to me and helping my nerves from going through the roof. Karen called me every week to check up on me, or to see if I had any questions, problems, or any issues with the paperwork. Both Chad and Karen were dedicated to my case till the end. There was no communication between myself, Attorney, and marble. There was no communication from either my attorney or marble. And after a month of constant calling and emailing I was told nothing has been done. Since my final court date was a week away there was no time to do anything.
