Customer service none existent absolutely rubbish 

I wish I had read P&S' review before agreeing to Marshall Gas fitting my new radiators. I knew they were unprofessional because I initially received a 'quote' by text! I asked for a written quote, it was better but not as detailed as I was expecting. When they botched a job at my friend's house, flooding his hallway and soaking his carpet, I had misgivings. I rang up to check that I was getting what I had asked for and this was confirmed. However, despite telephoning to check, one of the radiators wasn't the specification I had asked for.  I was told that if I wanted the incorrect radiator replaced I would have to pay again! They basically tried to deny me my legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This issue isn't resolved yet - I am disabled and the matter is causing me great stress and inconvenience as I cannot replace my grab rails etc. in the bathroom until it is sorted out. I previously used them to service my rads which seemed okay but l was upsold a carbon dioxide monitor by  the guy - the one they sold me was a brand rated as a Don't Buy by Which Magazine. I will definitely not be using Marshall Gas again!  The reply from Marshall Gas below is basically a fairytale which I can prove using the communications that did actually take place between us!

Product was good price. I ordered and paid for a 25ft line set but was given a 16 footer. 

The price that shows up while setting up the order is not the price per unit I paid. Seems deceptive.

Easy to order and filters arrived 4 days later. 

Website was easy to navigate. 
Shipping was timely and everything arrived in great shape. Packaging for the standing AC was a little more difficult than the window unit. The setup for each unit was pretty simple and straightforward. Each unit has its strengths that I haven’t discovered yet cause it’s been 1 week. But overall I am pleased with my purchases. My only complaint is that the units are just loud! And yes you sort of get used to it in a few days by turning everything up. The 14,000 BTU floor unit and the 8,000 BTU window unit are going to give you some constant white noise in the background—and adjusting the speed doesn’t help anything. It hasn’t disturbed my sleep because the units blow very cold. So I guess that’s the trade off. 

This is not an air conditioner it is simply a very cheaply made fan that they are calling an air conditioner. They have terrible service and are just selling a very cheap  useless product to unsuspecting buyers. No physical address - no phone number - no way to contact them and when you want your money back they will resist refunding. They should be shut down.
