The Reviews on here are lies. They had to be planted by the company itself, on any other sites where reviews are made. This company has received just the polor opposite. Even on the BBB site, there are a multitude of dissatisfied customers with this company and its parent company, its sister companies, partner company, and the alike. I could not just come by this site and let the bull sh*t ride. My family and I are customers of Oncourse's sister/partner company AWR. As it is now being discovered that none of these companies in its circle of family of companies and/or affiliates ever intends to pay out on any claims they get from customers. Which is UDAAP violation completely. These companies break Federal Laws as a regular course of business and commit Warranty and Insurance Fraud in the course of dealing with their customers. Nothing they ever say or contracted to do is done with and it's fingers crossed behind its back.
They act and operate in complete BAD FAITH, they entrap customers in unlawful Mandatory Arbitration agreements and clauses in their contracts that are Prohibited by Law. The Contracts that they enter into with People are Unconscionable and UNENFORCEABLE ACCORDING TO U.S. STATUTORY LAW AND THE CONSTITUTION.
They have Judges KELLY B. HODGE and unscrupulous attorneys like PATRICK R. KINGLEY, ESQ., MICHELLE H. BADOLATO, ESQ., AND SAMANTHA KROSKER, OF THE LAWFIRM OF STRADLEY RONON, STEVENS & YOUNG, LLP, WHO CAN UNLAWFULLY AND UNDULY INFLUENCE THE COURTS AND IMPAIR THE IMPARTIALITY OF THE COURTS TO PROMULGATE THEIR ILLEGAL AND ILLICIT CONDUCT TO STEAL CUSTOMERS' REMEDY. DON'T LET THAT STOP YOU. FIGHT THESE BEASTS AND END THEIR TYRANNY. THE MORE WE FIGHT, THE LESS THEY'LL BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH THE MANIFESTATION OF INJUSTICE THAT IS THIS CONGLOMERATE, AND SOON THEY WILL BE NO MORE.

The contract company used for my exterior water line replacement were timely, considerate and professional. They did a great job on cleaning up as well. I did have to pay the difference, but it was still cheaper than the 2 estimates I got prior to remembering I had this insurance.

This company is a fraud. They never intended to honor any claim submitted. They used a hidden in the paperwork ploy to deny a legitimate sewer line claim. They also bill thru another company such as oklahoma natural gas company to try to seem legitimate.

Unfortunately, he did not want to investigate the problem correctly. My further claims have been denied due to Center guard plumbings poor service. A complaint has been filed with Pivtol home solutions office of the president.
