Ordered the battery Thursday evening before a bank holiday weekend and didn't expect it to arrive until the middle of the following week but it arrived on the Monday which was great, since then I've just spent a week away in my campervan off grid and the battery has performed better than I thought it would, I only have 150w solar but the battery has been running my fridge full time and lighting when needed as well as charging our phones and is not dropping below 90% ,my old lead acid battery would have been flat in a day, well worth the extra money.

Well I have purchased 12 x 170w solar panels, 3000w inverter, and 8 100ah batteries and a wind turbine over the last few months. I was pretty happy with my offgrid set up until I finally fitted the wind turbine which was faulty, that changed everything!!!! I now regret ever buying a single thing from this company!!! The customer service is the worst I have ever come across, ever, they string you along, tell bare faced lies and I honestly think they just try to annoy you so much that you quit!! They agreed to refund the faulty product but would not send a replacement like I originally wanted which I find strange? But all talk no refund just lies! Here is my main issue and a warning to everyone, whatever you by from this company you do at your own risk, if there is any issue with delivery, damage in transit, or any fault at any time that requires a refund or replacement forget it!! You will get nowhere, so the solar panels have in reality have NO warantee, the batteries have NO warantee whatsoever, so anything you purchase is sold as seen!!! I live off grid and this system actually provides all of my power, fairly well to be fair but for how long!!! I was going to upgrade to their new batteries and go up to 48v on everything as I WAS happy with the products, now there is ZERO TRUST so I can't deal with this company anymore. I had spent thousands with them an was going to spend thousands more upgrading but there is no hope now I think I have actually had a lucky escape. If Nia aswers your customer service email just give up, chuck the item in the bin and move on, your getting nothing!!!
Update.......A few hours after posing this the refund was received, coincidence?

10w panel is effective on the south coast charging car battery. On sunny day increases by .2 volt over a day but will slow as battery reaches full charge

Bizarre staff replies and frustration
After watching several you tube videos on the Eco worthy "Tracker" unit,( 2 of which were people in Ireland) decided to buy one last night. Their own website stated "free shipping to Ireland" with the Irish flag beside it! and even included in my email link to them, from their own Ad a eco15 5% discount code lowering the checkout price to £264. I use PayPal and when i try to simply pay, their own re direct address site give no option for Ireland??? I contact their "support" and get this message today "sorry we don't ship to Ireland" from someone calling themselves "Nia"? I have been using PayPal for 20 years and never had a problem with any other supplier ie: Bluetti, Amazon, Ali Express, e bay etc and they can't deliver to Ireland?!!!!

Poor Quality Goods. No refunds given. Shocking!
I have bought 6 solar panels from eco-worthy plus 4 100ah lithium batteries and a DC2DC controller. The controller wasn't working properly so EC promised a refund and said keep the controller. I sent it back anyway at my expense. No refund ever came. The 2 batteries in parallel cannot provide even 80 amps. Very disappointed and EC seem to not honour any kind of warranty.
The refund was agreed weeks ago and now EcoWorthy are delaying saying they know nothing about it. Just plain dishonest. Better to use Renogy who offer a more honest service. EcoWorthy you are shameful!
Finally got a refund but £5 short! I give up.
Offers to replace batteries but no email ever arrived.

Eco worthy off grid set up , are easy to install and upgradable… good quality too.
I now have a complete eco worthy set up , including batts , inverter ( hybrid ) solar panels , battery chargers charge controller, battery balancer all great stuff … my aim to upgrade the battery bank to 20kwh … by adding pairs till I own 16.
It’s a great start.. and I’ve already recommended the product line to a friend who is building a set up too.
