Edit: After an immediate response and the additional follow up today, I am more than happy to change my review to four stars. They earned it. The follow up to my initial review is worthy of reconsideration and, after several discussions with these folks, I can understand that some things just
fall through the cracks. We are all human. Their apologies were sincere and I will be back to conduct business with them again. I am confident the next review will be five stars. Thank you gentlemen.
ORIGINAL: At first, I was excited to be able to talk to someone from my first phone call. Seth was helpful with my questions and provided me his direct extension. Since then, crickets. No return calls so, after 3X trying, I used the website chat. Quick response, even after hours! So, I felt a little better about it all and ordered my panels during the Memorial Day sale. Good price and I received them timely in well-packaged condition - nothing broken or DOA, all tested working. Then I measured… WARNING! The USSS website panel specs are NOT actual panel measurements compared to the manufacturer website; they are “shipping“ measurements. Reached out again via chat (after hours) and the rep was nice, apologetic, and acknowledged the confusion. I told them I could possibly make it work on my RV yet they still offered free design change help; “just email Taylor.” On June 2nd, I sent a very detailed email and asked for help. At this point, I’m still leaning toward a positive review but, Taylor must be hanging out with Seth. Crickets. Today is June 11. No emails, nothing. Being forgotten is unacceptable and disappointing. Pre-sales was 3 stars, shipping was 5 stars. Service after the sale is ZERO. Someone should have followed up with my issue. Please do better.

You're also right about the confusion on the panel dimensions — the shipping measurements didn’t match the spec sheet, and that’s on us. We’re working on making that clearer going forward.

Not an authorized Sol-Ark dealer. Anything purchased from these shysters is a purchase at your own risk. Contacted the manufacture and they sadly stated that they can not support it since it was purchased OUTSIDE their authorized retailers. So Sad, that even the manufacture does not want to deal with these people. - RUN AWAY

Andrew helped me get the solar panels I wanted and went the extra mile to have them delivered even though they needed to break down the shipment specific to my order.
Only issue was it took 2.5 months to deliver and I was told it would take an extra month. Fortunately I did not have the installation scheduled yet so it wasn't a major issue for me. The panels have arrived and so far so good.
