Customer service is responsive and thoughtful. I had a problem with an item and they just replaced it without any fuss. I think they’re give the impression of being trustworthy and fun. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.

I love the surprise, there’s a good selection of sweet and savoury items and a drink. I like the information leaflet about each country. It’s a highlight of the month. It’s not the same as travelling to other countries but it’s definitely a ‘flavour’ of different places. I think it’s mentally enriching for kids.

I’ve been a patient with GP at hand for 3 years and I love the format, when you need to see someone face-to-face you can, but 90% of the time a phone or video call will be fine, especially as mobility is tricky for me. The Dr’s great, really listen and know their stuff.
