I’ve used this company to purchase supplies for my own business for several years. Always been happy with both service and product, however the last two times ordering I’ve had to personally chase shipping three weeks after placing the order only to find the products were out of stock and the website hadn’t been updated. Both times this has impacted my business and the company have not communicated any back order issues until I have had to chase an update. Poor service and misleading on delivery timescales and I’m now sourcing new suppliers.

Bad experience I won't forget. I didn't experience an efficient service, but one filled with delays, some item were close expiry. All sorts of issues which left me fuming.

The red berry mix is not up to its normal standard.About half is made up of powder/small granules which is never normally in it.Batch -LO21705 best before 24/072024

Bought from Lio Licious many times now, always perfect! The powders have so much flavour and the dried berries are great for decorating various cakes and baked goods. I recommend them to everyone! Service is always quick and easy too.

There have been a problem with my order at customs. At first, they answered my email to try to identify the location of the parcel but as soon as I finally had information that I would not be receiving it and it would be send back to Lio-Licious, I asked for a refound and no more answer. It has been a month now, without answer from them. Dealing with problems with delivery and refound doesn't seem to be their priority. I do not recommend if you are abroad.
