I ordered 3 bags of loving pets bison treats for my sister for a birthday gift for a service dog , the order went through because I got an email with an order # J525259W , after 3 hours I got another email saying the order was cancelled before the payment didn't go through, The debt card  that was used was used the night before without any issues and the bank told me the card is good to go and enough money is on the card too! I called the company and and asked for the CEO or any top brass of the company and was told they left at 3pm the lady didn't want to give me any emails for them and said the order was cancelled . On Monday I found that Lambert vet supply own this company so I emailed the CEO of Lambert (Mr.Lambert) and told him the issue I got no reply back after 2 emails also I emailed the CEO of Jeffers Mr Howell and got no reply back too. These 2 ceo's just don't care about their customers , very poor customer service ! I will never tell anyone to order from these  2 company's .Mr.Joe B.

Great customer service and super fast delivery 

We were looking for a new supplier for our heygates quail feed. Unfortunately our last supplier took ages to process and deliver (usually around a week). Sometimes you just need it quicker, and without smashed open bags. They also delivered on a Sunday. 
Burnhills got it to us in perfect condition, via DPD, dispatched immediately! We will be sticking with them! 

They have a terrible return policy and will not take back unused products still in packaging! Terrible, rude customer service. 

I recently ordered the Swales Pehlam at the advice of my trainer. When it arrived I realized you cannot use it without a curbchain. I was fairly certain my highly sensitive mare would not tolerate the chain and didn't want to spend all that money on a bit she would reject. By the time I found a bit to try with a chain and realized it was outside the return window. But I still expect a company to accept unused, still in the packaging products. Is that unreasonable? I don't think so. 

It was slow shipping to receive the Fair Play riding competition shirt from them that I ordered from them, so I suspect that they are actually outside of the USA. My biggest issue is that I barely received the shirt in time for my planned competition, and when I took it out of the packaging, two of the buttons immediately fell off of the collar!  That tells me that they have poor quality control of outgoing shipments. Luckily, I had a backup riding shirt with me or that would’ve been problematic. I just emailed the company to ask for some kind of resolution, so I can’t comment yet on their customer service. But I am dismayed that their quality inspection process (or lack thereof) did not catch 2 loose buttons on the shirt.  Just a warning then if you buy something from Dapper Horse, don’t take it out of the packaging last minute just before you need to use it. Take it out long in advance, in case there are defects.
Update: Dapper Horse did contact me within 12 hours of my email to them and is offering to send a replacement shirt with a return label for the defective one. If that all happens in a timely manner and with reliability, then I will update my review from 1 star to 3 stars due to responsive customer service.
Update #2:  The dapper horse did send me a replacement shirt with a return shipping label, so I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars because of their responsive customer service. But I’m not giving them 5 stars, because I shouldn’t be receiving a brand new product and have the buttons fall off straight out of the bag. In fact, even on the replacement shirt, the buttons appear weakly sewn on by just a couple thin threads. I think it’s an inferior quality from the Fair Play brand of riding shirt. I should also note that the Fair Play brand shirts run a size small. It definitely fits 1 size smaller than listed.

Ordered, provided no shipping info. Don’t answer phone then blocked me, emailed but no reply. Commented on socials for help but comments deleted. Sent DMs no response. Probably a scam company. Thankfully paid by PayPal and have logged request for refund.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I sent the items they shipped out late back a month ago and they still have not processed my refund, despite proof of returned delivery. They do not reply to emails. I will be proceeding with legal action. Unethical, their behaviour amounts to theft! I have reported them.

I have ordered 3 other times directly from Breyer with no problems, but back in the beginning of February 1 item from my order was missing. I contacted customer service and almost a month later, had heard nothing back so I contacted them again at the end of the month directly from my order page and at least got notified that I had opened a ticket with customer service. I never received any kind of response from them, then almost 3 months later I got a shipping notification for the missing item so though they never responded I did eventually receive the missing item. For now, as my other orders have all been perfect, I will continue to buy store exclusives from them, but in the future I will probably get the others elsewhere unless they improve their customer service.  

My order was delivered promptly and David unloaded and stacked them for us which was much appreciated! The product is excellent for my pony's bed.
