DO NOT SHOP HERE! I sent the items they shipped out late back a month ago and they still have not processed my refund, despite proof of returned delivery. They do not reply to emails. I will be proceeding with legal action. Unethical, their behaviour amounts to theft! I have reported them.

Was buying from European online Petster store. Delivery from Sweden to Poland. First buy, was frustrating. But my experience was good. Parcel was carefully packed and shipped out in time. Tracking number was available, and I could follow my dogs parkas route until it was successfully delivered.
As for Customer care, they answer with a huge delay. I do understand that every client's inquiery is to be answered as per received emails, but if you have a quick question, better to contact them via phone or something else (whats hard for someone who is not in their country). Parcel was received by me. The size and quality is great. I do recommend!
