Very poor customer service from the CEO'S !
I ordered 3 bags of loving pets bison treats for my sister for a birthday gift for a service dog , the order went through because I got an email with an order # J525259W , after 3 hours I got another email saying the order was cancelled before the payment didn't go through, The debt card that was used was used the night before without any issues and the bank told me the card is good to go and enough money is on the card too! I called the company and and asked for the CEO or any top brass of the company and was told they left at 3pm the lady didn't want to give me any emails for them and said the order was cancelled . On Monday I found that Lambert vet supply own this company so I emailed the CEO of Lambert (Mr.Lambert) and told him the issue I got no reply back after 2 emails also I emailed the CEO of Jeffers Mr Howell and got no reply back too. These 2 ceo's just don't care about their customers , very poor customer service ! I will never tell anyone to order from these 2 company's .Mr.Joe B.
