Shockingly slow inefficient and often crashes.  Updates and map management leave me frustrated and guessing what has actually made it onto my device.  540. Oh and why do I have to plug it in circa 2004?

This 6 week course has been helpful for my running and general strength.
Nigel explains everything clearly. It's not just about what to do, but also why each exercise helps improve an aspect of our running.
I would highly recommend it whether a seasoned runner or a novice.

Do not book an event with this company!!
Both my wife and myself Signed up for the South West Maritime Academy sprint Triathlon on the 26th of August 2024. The event was cancelled and we were not informed. We had also booked nearby accommodation as we were travelling from Doncaster which we lost the deposit for! They won’t reply to Emails in relation to a refund. But let me tell you this Tri max events legal action to recover our money is under way after speaking with the Citizens advice bureau. 
I did not get an email like Trimax events have said (checked junk folder too) DO NOT ever purchase a ticket for an event trimax are organising. Absolute waste of time.
If anyone else out there has also been ripped off please contact Citizens advice as they assist in a template letter to send out to the company!

I’m a new runner with very little training and this has been a great help with answering questions and learning new information.

I'm totally hooked on Yes.Fit! The best part? Seeing my virtual friend on the map - it's like we're walking together. 

Finances are such a stressful and emotionally loaded topic, and Jacqueline makes tackling finances safe and approachable! She's so supportive and positive (even makes time for dance breaks when things get too heavy), but also will tell it to you straight. Since working with her I feel like I actually have a handle on what's going on in my bank accounts and can make intentional decisions about what I'm spending money on. My savings have grown, I'm never worried about how I'm going to pay my credit card bill, and I can go on trips with less stress knowing it's already been budgeted for. When budgeting feels overwhelming, scary, or confusing she's in your corner to answer questions and talk you though whatever you need.

I had subscribed to the Team Strength Running plan then I decided to cancel and I received a cancellation email. An unauthorised payments after canceling so I contacted Strength Running to get it rectified as mistakes happen. Does not respond to emails did responded to messenger but denied taking an unauthorised payment stating I had not cancelled properly. However I had received a cancellation email stating no more payments would be taken prior to the unauthorised payment being taken. Avoid!
