Morgan was upfront and honest. We went over my labs and she advised me that I was not a candidate for TRT. However, there were other issues to address.

She "prescribed me" a few supplements to take to help manage my stress and hormones, and provided me with goals for our followup appointment.

The whole process was extremely easy. Very happy that the cream has made my hot flashes go away! 

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with Pandia. I had to look for an online way to receive birth control after leaving Nurx. I narrowed my options to pandia. Customer support is always on top of it, (thanks Merry and Belinda and everyone else), they give me a little hi chews and stickers in my packages. They take insurance. I love them! Been using them for years. 

The doctor was great she listened and cared. Lovant was her last name. 

Thank you and specially to David who navigated patiently into trying to resolve issues with my existing account which was paused because it was up to certain point by insurance, that changed and unpaused my account. David support was key to resolving this issue and I most grateful for this 

No issues with the provider but unless they are in network for you, I would stay away. They are advertising on Facebook to NJ residents saying they accept Aetna which they don’t. I agreed to pay out of pocket and then submit as an out of network visit to my insurance. It’s now been 42 days since my visit and I still haven’t received my bill so I can submit to my insurance. Numerous follow ups and still no bill. I cancelled all future appointments for this reason. 

I’ve lost 13 lbs in 6 weeks with tirzepatide and it feels sustainable. No crazy diet, just not hungry all the time. Felt a little weird the first couple days on it but nothing major. Would 100% recommend.

I wanted to wait until I got my first Rx from them to rate them.  Here's my experience:

1) Initial communication from my first time visiting the site - strong communication through automation.  Everything is automated in the beginning until you have your first appointment.  However, timelines was great and information needed was simple but detailed.  My only critic is that the mobile site is a little lacking on processing and I ended up needing to go to my computer to finalize everything. 

2) My appointment: Dr. Garth is great.  She has a wonderful disposition and listens as well as responds in a manner that you know she's listening.  I was very impressed as it was a virtual appointment and I'm not a huge fan of virtual meetings. But I could see her face and it was much more like a zoom call than what my idea of a virtual appointment was.

3) Customer service: Every question I had was answered in a timely fashion and every request I made through the patient portal was seen to.

All-in-all - I would recommend them for holistic health  services.  I did receive my Rx but have only been using it for 3 days so I cannot give feedback on that, however I'm sure if I have concerns they will be heard quickly and attentively.

FloFit gave me the control I needed to stop snacking and rebalance my meals. I feel amazing in my clothes.
