I regret to say that my experience with Raena Health has been incredibly disappointing. I've never encountered such a profound lack of accountability from both doctors and customer support representatives. After spending $250 on a blood test and $189 on a consultation, I was shocked to learn from the doctor that the blood panel I purchased from them was insufficient to diagnose my issues. She even admitted that she often doesn't know what's going on with her patients and typically resorts to prescribing medication as a trial-and-error approach.
Despite this unsettling approach, I was desperate for answers and decided to proceed with the medication she prescribed. However, when I placed the order, a different doctor in my portal provided entirely different instructions on how to take the medication. When I sought clarification, I was told to reach out to support, and when I did, support directed me back to the doctor. This frustrating runaround was compounded by the fact that the website falsely claimed prescriptions would be delivered within two business days. As I was under a time crunch due to an upcoming move, this delay was particularly stressful, and of course, the prescription did not arrive on time. As I explained this to them before the package was even sent out.
I reached out more than ten times to both doctors and customer support, either requesting a refund or asking them to send the prescription that I would happily pay for to my new address. Not a single person was able to assist me. No doctor, no support. Nothing. This issue should have been easily resolved by any competent company, especially when dealing with something as critical as medication. Instead, I was repeatedly told to go elsewhere. Even when I attempted to place a new order myself, the website wouldn't allow me to as there was already a prescription in my portal.
I had hoped to trust Raena Health, especially given their focus on women's health, but my experience has left me completely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on Raena—everyone I've encountered there has been completely incompetent.
