NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with Pandia. I had to look for an online way to receive birth control after leaving Nurx. I narrowed my options to pandia. Customer support is always on top of it, (thanks Merry and Belinda and everyone else), they give me a little hi chews and stickers in my packages. They take insurance. I love them! Been using them for years.

Simple, fast, easy, and great
I really appreciated the ease of the process through everything. From signing up, to getting things set up, changing addresses, and communication were all a breeze. The biggest relief was being able to chat with everyone while I was at work without having to be on the phone, and of course having everything mailed. The only thing I wish they had was an app, but signing in was simple and easy as well.
