Micheal was very helpful and quick to respond to my customer service request. I truly appreciate the customer service he provided.

I got one item today. I got one of the "extras" and still never got a glam bag. It was in preshipment for about a month. Even after putting a ticket it, I only got my 1 extra. I was reimbursed for the hair product. However they charged me for June. Still no glam bag and when I go to my account,it doesn't show all of my orders. It shows one of them from months ago! Escalating this did no good. I decided to cancel my glam bag subscription. Sad that I paid for a June glam bag and multiple extras, but only got 1 extra and reimbursement for $3.75 just for 1 of the extras. Really disappointing.

Lovely products, fabulous prices & ease navigating

I ordered this product and had a severe reaction to it!  I reported it and they gave me a partial refund!  Today I received notice that they charged by account$135.00 for a reorder that I NEVER subscribed to! Waiting for a reply from customer service!  Also, when you go to the website it states no account found!!

I had an item that arrived damaged (clearly melted in shipping). I contacted customer service for over two weeks with  no reply whatsoever. There is no direct number, only one email no one responds to. I ultimately needed to contact my credit card company for goods damaged in arrival to resolve due to nonexistent customer service. 
This was over one month ago and still no reply from customer service.
Genuinely the worst customer experience from any order or company, honestly wonder how this company is still in business.

Friendly, knowledgeable,  and the products are great. Will keep coming back.
