It’s the only soap that doesn’t make my arms break out. I have extremely sensitive skin and have tried everything else on the market from both small and large brands. I wish I could put a before and after photo but the squatch has actually changed my life. I have moderately severe folliculitis on my arms and after switching to the squatch I am much more confident with my appearance. Thank you Dr Squatch! 

This washing up liquid has changed it's formula and is quite useless compared to cheaper varieties. It used to be excellent, the best on the market, but I'm guessing the manufacturer has again put profit before quality to make more money. I won't be buying it again. 

I have used Nantucket Spider - tick spray for people and for dogs for years now.  I have used the clothing detergent strips for a couple years.
I highly recommend the tick spray!  The people spray smells like cloves and cinnamon, no DEET, and it just WORKS!  I tell the stores that carry this product how awesome it is, I tell everyone I know that hikes or is outside about it.  I am happy with the tick spray against dogs - not much of a smell, it is safe for my pups, and we do not have a problem with ticks. 
The clothing detergent strips work terrific.  NO PLASTIC!  I use unscented. 

This was the second time I ordered both types of products online and I was happy with the prompt service and the shipping.

Overall, the company is nice and the product that they sell is exactly how I expected it to be. Their only point of improvement is the fact that some of the polishes don't close well after the first use. This results in them leaking, and with uncured gel you do not want to get it on your skin. So I am not able to take them on the go with me. If this issue could be fixed, it would be an awesome product.

I’ve bought over $100 a month for a year. Some of the products are good but about half of the products do not perform as well as my old products.  Just to name a few: the toilet bowl cleaner has to be used every other day vs weekly for my old one. The laundry pre-spot and laundry detergent don’t get stains out. 
You have to order by a certain date or you get a backup order. It has proven difficult to remember to order in time.
The last straw is how difficult it is to cancel. I have cancelled other services over the years and have not had to print off a form, fill out the form and send it back. Just take a cancellation over the phone or have an online cancellation. Don’t insult us by making us jump through hoops. 

My experience with WSP has been awesome. The price point is one of the best in the industry and as I have been ordering from several suppliers, I can say that the quality and the assortment of products is top notch. I have ordered twice directly from Lume.  The first time I purchased the starter pack.  The wipes had an odd smell so I didn't use.  The cream deodorant worked ok although I have no idea if it would last 72 hours since I would never ever go that long without showering.  The second time I ordered the spray and have only used it a few times and this morning it wouldn't stop spaying and then just started leaking all over my carpet as I tried to get to the bathroom.  I have decided it is way to expensive to order again and will be trying other brands I can get at the store.
