There's better and cheaper alternatives

This washing up liquid has changed it's formula and is quite useless compared to cheaper varieties. It used to be excellent, the best on the market, but I'm guessing the manufacturer has again put profit before quality to make more money. I won't be buying it again.

PG Customer care not good.

I have a problem with a Braun item I brought. Customer service is Procter & Gamble. They entered the item description in wrong on my invoice and I have a problem with the item ie its doesn't do what it says it does. They won't give me the money back guarantee because of this say the item is not covered by the MBG but the actual one I've got is covered. So I've been passed from pillow to post trying to sort this out which is very frustrating and I'm now waiting to see if they can rectify their mistake.

I have used P&G products for years

I have used P&G products for years. They were always quality products. Greed has made them cheapen the quality of products especially Dawn. Previously Dawn was the top dog when it came to dishwashing. This junk they sell now is pathetic! Suds do not hold up and I guess they feel the consumer is dumb enough not to detect the change. When I exhaust the supply I have on hand, I am finished with Dawn. I am being generous in giving two stars.

Shameful ex household brand

Disgraceful brand. How can you change a product increase the price and still call it Original? Fairy liquid was fantastic years ago, one drop with hot water would cut through grease and food. Today it feels using the entire bottle lmakes them more greasy. There are no bubble and I'm concerned if it actual cleans safely are there still bacteria and germs when I think it should be cleaning.

Fairy Washing Up Liquid now ineffective…

Fairy Washing Up Liquid used to be worth paying a bit more for. Not any more! It is weak, ineffective and hardly any bubbles. AVOID unless they reinstate the original formula. They must think the public are morons.

Clean Freak Bathroom Cleaner

I purchased the Mr. Clean Clean Freak Bathroom Foaming cleaner and I’m very disappointed in the product. It DOES NOT foam as it says. It literally didn’t foam at all. The smell is ok but I’m not crazy about it.
I won’t be buying it again and will probably just see this as a loss becauseI can’t use the product.

I have bought a bottle of the new Lenor…

I have bought a bottle of the new Lenor outdoorable 76 washes bottle of fabric conditioner. The product is good and am a Lenor fan. The problem I am having is with the bottle top. Just lost 1/4 of the bottle because the cap was not in the right direction. Please redesign this or go back to the old method.

Dear P&G

Dear P&G, With regards to your product Always Discreet i feel the time has come to discuss your television advertisement for the above item. I think that we all know, (male and female) the importance of informing those people (obviously female) who need to purchase these items. However, I find it very off putting when I'm eating my evening meal just to have the advert which basically tells us it's OK to go to a concert somewhere and empty your bladder into a pair of "pee pants" whilst sitting on someone's shoulders, all the time I'm trying to eat my meal and having to explain to a 9 year old boy that women around 50 years old go around wetting themselves, at least have the advert played at a later time.

Shame on you Proctor n Gamble for SHRINKFLATION

Shame on you Proctor n Gamble. SHRINKFLATION at its best. You reduced the contents and charge same price, you sneaky greedy people! 2145ml of Fairy NonBio Liquid reduced to 1953ml NEARLY 200 ml LESS disguised as a deal, slightly changed size of container. I will buy different next time 👍

Awful P&G 'Flash Impeccable Clean' product - AVOID

I bought something called 'Flash Impeccable Clean', hoping to deal with a little bit of black mould in our shower. It turned the lower half of the shower blood red. Would have liked to add a photograph.

Apparently this product reacts with bleach (which it claims to be) and it took a lot of scrubbing and the buying of stuff to clean it with.

I did a clinical trial for them, adding their product to everything we use in the shower, which revealed the culprit. I also asked for a refund and compensation for my cleaning effort and the fact that the grout is still faintly 'blood' tinged and P&G send a £7 voucher - only spendable on their products as 'money off' on their products, so in actual value a lot less than I spent on their product and the cleaner I used to get it off. Poor customer relations, P&G.

Would not advise that anyone buys this, if they use bleach in their shower, or any hair care products with bleach - you will regret it!

Waiting to be faintly amused by P&Gs 'We are sorry that you were' etc etc.

Pampers! Disgusting condescending staff!

PAMPERS! Christine from the support team for the Pampers Club feels it acceptable to use an underhand and condescending tone in her emails.

She fails to look at account history and accuses the customer of multiple failings when if she actually looked would see the error was on Pampers site not issuing reward vouchers for Ocado and it being a known issue a few months back. Resulting in them cancelling and reinstating points.

But no! She said I’m a frequent fraudulent claimer and they will not assist going forward and order paper vouchers from them!!

Considering we only shop with Ocado you are going to loose my custom! Disgusted!!

FAIRYUK

FAIRY: Fing Awful Insulting Revolting Yucky. FAIRY NON BIO laundry detergent. DO NOT USE IT FOR WASHING BABIES OR CHILDRENS' CLOTHING. It used to be VERY good. Now it doesn't remove the lightest of stains. Extremely hygroscopic - it gets 'claggy' and lumpy in its box. Soon after opening it becomes almost solid even if transferred into a plastic lidded container. I believe it has caused me to have a skin infection. A biological hazard. Using it up only on hot 90°C washes. And if it was any good why would Procter and Gamble need to market Fairy Platinum? Which also is ineffective at removing stains. Just don't bother with either.

SPAMMING ME THROUGH TRASH MAILINGS

Submitting this because as I have for the greater part of the last 20 plus years received unwanted trash mailing flyers from large corporations like this after making contact via the DMAchoice.org opt out paid program and the FTC do not mail listing for any and all forms of these kinds of solicitations - the are solicitations to get people to purchase unaffordable and unwanted products when they are better off using their funds to pay bills and put food on their tables that are reasonably priced without this 'hook' that puts their homes or names in these mailings. This company is among the violaters that were among another program I had to get stopped. They stole my home address - the home I own - and misused it to send me this trash illegally. This is a set of crap coupons printed by a washed up paper company or student classes at one of these vocational schools or universities being used to harass me through the mail. While there are those in law enforcement that want to claim that this isn't a crime or that it isn't harassment; I have proven that is in the past and can draw the lines back to the source. The USPS solicited these people due to settlements of class action lawsuits against Phillips Resperoinics and so these crooks come crawling out for money that I used to pay my bills. I know it because one of mine was stolen and that clerk and carrier have these too so this has been a full circle attempt to prey on people like me. If the others want it then send these trash mailings to them. I do not want your trash coupons because many of the coupons are for those with washers, dish washers and those heated aerosol devices. They need to take me off these lists. They hid the out going mailing address and the only thing you see is the tiny company logo and that metered third class mailing stamp. If I could put a photo of it on this page (the meter symbol) I would but since I cannot here is the permit# 1229 and it is out of Boca Raton, FL but is being solicited by and dropped off by these local crooks in Greenville MS for your company. As an additional notification, I filed a complaint against the USPS again for violating this original order that they keep taking off and I know it hasn't expired. I submitted this again this year in the spring after having done it six or seven times all of 2023 for this exact name used in the mailing sent to my address and several other versions.
