I recently turned to Skiwax.eu.
Their online catalog offers a wide selection of cross-country ski equipment at very competitive prices. 
I chose a pair of Russian skis made by the company BRADOS (which produces skis for major European brands), specifically the "FLASH SKATE YELLOW" model. SKIWAX; They helped me to select the correct length and stiffness for my needs. 
The skis came mounted with SALOMON XC PROLINK RACE SKATE bindings, for around €180.

The skis, featuring carbon tips and tails, don't have a binding plate (which I don't think is essential). They come with a pre-structured graphite base, already protected with summer wax.

There were some delivery issues due to the courier's inefficiency (BRT), which significantly delayed the shipment's arrival in Italy. That's why, Skiwax.eu fully refunded me the entire value of the goods; They just asked me to to return the items if I eventually received them. 
After a month, the materials did arrive, and I proceeded to pay Skiwax.eu the agreed amount. They even voluntarily applied a 10% discount.

Now, I just have to wait for next winter to try out these skis, which have positive reviews online. 
I'll definitely be buying more products from Skiwax.eu; they are honest, affordable, and competent.

Love this brand, never had any issues with their gear. 24/25 was my first season boarding and snowverb had me feeling steezy and dry on the mountain. The more I followed the brand the more respect I gained for them as they support a lot of riders in my area. There’s something for everyone in the brand and would definitely recommend to beginners or seasoned boarder/skiiers.
