The original boots I had ordered (via online) were out of stock, though when I purchased them the site updated to say they were sold out. The Support team emailed me a few days later to let me know they would not be able to fulfill the order, but offered to see if I was interested in any other boots. Once they confirmed they had my size in the second choice, they were shipped timely.
The team at UtahSkis was very responsive and polite. The boots I received fit like a glove for your feet !

Horrible experience - avoid UtahSkis at all cost!
I’d give 0 stars if I could. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a pricey pair of ski boots that I never received. When I reached out for help, they basically shrugged and said, “Tracking shows delivered.” No help, no solution — just complete denial of responsibility.
To make things worse, the so called customer service manager, Hannah W, was rude and condescending. Talking to her felt like being talked down to — not like someone trying to help.
Also, let’s be real — a lot of the glowing reviews on this site seem totally fake. They don’t line up with the way this company actually treats people.
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Not worth the risk or the headache.
