Good customer service.  On a couple of occasions I’ve had issues with UPS, which are used for delivery, but any issues have always been successfully resolved.  Quick responses to any questions or queries.

The Art of The Horseman online horse affair was fantastic. It was packed with high quality heart-centered wisdom from horse trainers from around the world. So much variety! After watching a few days for free, I felt fortunate to be able to buy it for a reasonable price. The creators, Paula and Jack, were very genuine in their interviews of the featured presenters. I was so impressed with their depth of knowledge and passion for respectful deep connection with horses that I signed up for one of their training courses. The Art of The Horseman videos and the training videos I am currently watching are extremely well organized and presented in manageable segments. I have used many suggestions from the videos to deepen the connection with a horse that was a fairly new companion and she is as appreciative of the trainings as I am!!!! Thank you so very much for the tremendous amount of time, energy and heart you have put into gathering such an incredible herd of amazing teachers. 

In 2025 I Sent a saddle to be sold a Top quality Circle Y saddle. Circle Y the company itself actually recommends Horse Saddle Shop in Indiana to sell used Circle Y saddles! I was impressed by how easy it was to send the saddle.  The company has everything on line you can fill out the paperwork print it for your records request a saddle shipping box and it will arrive quickly. You then wrap your saddle with the bubble wrap in the box place your paperwork inside tape close affix shipping label and take to shipper you choose 
That’s it. When it sells you receive an email and all buyers get 30 days to try Saddle fit on their horse after that Horse saddle shop mails you a check pretty simple! A+++
I also purchased a Trail saddle from them and love it!

A friend of mine trailered her horse over and we went on a trail rider just the second day he was delivered. He was wonderful. He quietly crossed streams, went through deep mud, we walk through some pretty high bush and he did not mind them tickling his tummy. I have to remind myself he's just four years old.

They are scammers, they get people from India, Bangla desh and pakistan to develop website and do its SEO , they NEVER PAY to these guys for their work, simply cheat them, on other hand they surly do scam with customers not delivering right product.

They have a terrible return policy and will not take back unused products still in packaging! Terrible, rude customer service. 

I recently ordered the Swales Pehlam at the advice of my trainer. When it arrived I realized you cannot use it without a curbchain. I was fairly certain my highly sensitive mare would not tolerate the chain and didn't want to spend all that money on a bit she would reject. By the time I found a bit to try with a chain and realized it was outside the return window. But I still expect a company to accept unused, still in the packaging products. Is that unreasonable? I don't think so. 

I bought a large light for my hall, it arrived in pieces, the  glass shades smashed to bits.  The firm arranged for a pick up then waiting two weeks from when the parcel arrived in their depot to refund me my ￡160. That is simply holding my cash to profit from it. I used to buy from BHS alot, I will never buy again. The very poorest of customer service.

I was very silly to buy into a paid week with Anna and her boyfriend. The trip from Panama to Poland was very long. Upon my arrival, I was taken to a supermarket, I had no idea that the snacks I have bought, were going to be the only food available for me during my stay. I was shown a very dirty little apartment, and again, I didn't know that I was only allowed to move around when supervised. I was introduced to the horses, which were trick trained to respond only to the visual cues, that Anna decided were proper. The problem was that I am an empath, and my questions were clearly heard by the horse anyway. When Anna realized that I could influence the horse, she stopped me, and refused to "teach" , or even allow me to interact with any of the other horses. I asked if I could watch her train, but I was refused, I suspected animal abuse, and literally spied on her "training". You haven't seen animal abuse yet, I hadn't either. I was shocked, I tried to run away.  I was chased, forced to surrender thousands of euros, before I was set free. This has happened almost 20 years ago. I write now, because Anna avoided and blocked all of her ex-clients at the time. Anna is a brutal liar, and should be prosecuted for what she did to me, to other people, and to the horses.
