i rang them to say my economy 7 was not…

i rang them to say my economy 7 was not working, they sent an engineer out within 2 hours, the guy was very helpful and pleasant , he explained what he thought the fault was and went ahead and changed my old meter , fixing the fault , the whole experience was was handled very well in my view from the phone call to the job getting done , I, am very happy with the whole experience
