My Issue

In 2 Months, they took from my account £255 per month in 2 months. They told me that they would refund, but they didn't refund my money back to my account. They told me that they would refund a week ago and I'm still waiting.

Terrible

Terrible. Called over 5 times to sort out house move (most of which I waited 10-15 mins to get hold of someone after trying the totally ineffective ‘bot’ online help. Wanted to set up duel fuel, sort out app. Still not sorted. If don’t get response tomorrow will be cancelling contract. Awful service.

I changed my mind re a tariff change and it was cancelled, and at the same time the mistake Scottish Power made that I wanted to leave was rectified, I didn’t want to leave and felt quite stressed, and was reassured by the member of staff.
