I purchased an iPhone 14 that was advertised as a Verizon device, only to discover upon contacting Verizon that the SIM was locked/restricted and would not be unlocked under any circumstances. When I reached out to the seller, she insisted that the phone was sold as a Verizon device—technically true, but functionally misleading, as it is unusable on the Verizon network.

While the seller claims to operate with transparency, this experience felt more like a deliberate scam. Fortunately, my credit card issuer refunded the $330 I spent; otherwise, I would have absorbed the loss entirely.

The seller did offer a return, but with a 15% restocking fee—meaning she would keep approximately $50 per transaction. This effectively allows her to profit from reselling a non-functional device repeatedly.

Buyers, be cautious.

It's clear now that you've taken the time to follow up on my reviews across platforms such as Trustpilot, Yelp, Google, and Swappa in an effort to present a more service-oriented image. However, the tone and content of the original response were telling--and not easily overlooked.

Some months ago I was updating my laptop and it failed midway . So I ended with a blank screen, Happened to be passing ReTech-it and dropped in,sorted the problem out in minutes free of charge, so I left them the price of a coffee. Regards Gerard 


I went to the shop today as I was having trouble with charging my phone after changing the wires three times had constantly mess about with the wires to charge the phone . I went to the shop today the bloke was very helpful  he said he’ll check it for me , when I went back after 20 mins he said it was just dirt he charge me for free just asked to leave review. Sent my Bose headphones for service since the sound quality in one ear got bad within the warranty period. No update recorded on the portal since 6 weeks. 
Bose told me the maximum timeline was 6 weeks, now have changed it to 8 weeks. Absolute joke, no communication from Ingram and unacceptably long lead times. If they know they have this much work to do then scale up appropriately. I expected a "high end" company like Bose to partner with a better service company.

I was switching from android to iphone and didn't want to make a huge investment buying a brand new iphone 15. So I decided to buy a used one. I ordered it from your webpage, opted for A-grade, the package arrived in a couple of days, and they quality is amazing. I expected it to be scratched a bit and that the battery life would be s**t. Well, to my surprise it works like brand new. Couldn't be happier with my decision!

Terrible service. They sent me two defective screens, and I have to pay shipping to return them and another $10 to get another one. In addition, the time to get a working screen...
