I would give u no stars if possible im absolutely fuming.Aylesbury Elect Tronex...Avoid this business at all cost. After i payed £200 for an iPhone that was faulty in many ways i thought ok no big deal il return it tomorrow for a refund. By this point i didnt want another phone from them obviously as there word was "phone is perfect bla bla bla". So next day returned the phone and i can not believe the audacity of these people, they said i can give u £170 back lol after its there mistake. In the end i just took £180 but made me feel like a ponce in all honesty im fuming. If the phone worked then i would have no issue but didnt. Thing is if i was a weak character or maybe a single mum with no one to stand there corner, they would of never got anything back which is diabolical. Im absolutely livid 24 hours later. u

Always found them helpful. Had a few technical problems which were my lack of knowledge, but they helped me out and didn't treat me like a complete techno numpty, which I probably am!

Drop in service required on faulty Type 'C' phone jack. Guys immediately looked at the phone charging port, took out a purpose designed set of tweezers and removed fluff and debris from the port the jack now works 100%. Friendly competent service, highly recommended.

Moz, the sales person who was serving me, was knowledgeable, friendly and profesional. Not only this, I was very impressed by the level of integrity he demonstrated throughout our interaction.

I do recommend their phone repair services.

Happened on this store when physically browsing around Basildon. Great. helpful and knowledgeable.
Excellent customer service. Will be returning when the next need arises.
