I do not recommend Healthon. I paid over $1,000 for a prescription that was “approved and sent to the pharmacy” on Tuesday July 1st. As of Tuesday July 8th, I still have no tracking number and no confirmation that my medication has even shipped. I’ve received nothing but vague, repetitive updates and empty promises of escalation. This is a time-sensitive, temperature-sensitive medication, and I have been treated like a retail customer, not a medical patient. The communication has been performative at best, and the lack of transparency is deeply concerning. Save yourself the stress and go through a licensed physician or local provider who takes your health seriously.

Updated Review – July 8th (same day) 

I’m updating this review to reflect that I did receive my tracking number and my medication will arrive via overnight shipping, and Healthon also issued a partial refund for the delay. Once my concerns were escalated, the team became much more responsive and did their best to make things right, which I appreciate.

That said, I must be honest and say the process leading up to that resolution was stressful. My prescription was approved on July 1st, but I didn’t receive tracking until a week later. Communication felt unclear at times, and I had to follow up multiple times to get accurate updates. For a time-sensitive medication, the experience didn’t feel as streamlined or reliable as it should have.

I’m grateful that the issue was resolved, and I really appreciate the efforts of the reps who stepped in to help. I’m leaving this at 3 stars because while I did eventually receive what I paid for and was handled with great care, I think there’s room for improvement in the overall process and transparency. I believe the overall experience could have been handled much better.

When I was on the phone with the health coach to decide about a program we eventually got disconnected. No follow-up. My husband and I needed to discuss the financial part of the program but felt we were being pressured into making a decision at that moment. Now when I reach out to talk to someone I cannot get hold of anyone via phone.

Definitely the deceitful sales pitch with the Christian foundation was one of the main ploys that got us to sign up. My partner and I felt very pressured on that first call to make a decision. We both were very hopeful going in. Expecting significant change in our health, we signed the contract. The only change we saw was just the little improvement in our diet, seeing that we already ate good anyway and also a bit of the placebo effect. Then as time went on, it was clear the supplements and the rigorous and ridiculous all hours of the night PLAN were absolutely worthless. The half hour consults with my coach ( which was very cool and positive) were Way to Short. Always getting cut off at the end with no definite answers and the issues of having no results. Also they encouraged us to spend even more money and time to find additional supplements, of which we saw NO RESULTS from as well.  I was promised this program would get me off my thyroid medication, Which was the main one I signed on. I Ended up testing WORSE THAN EVER after the program was finished. Then recommendations of continuing the longevity program were discussed because they say it took this long for the toxins to accumulate, it will take more time  and might I add  THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to clear them out. All and all this program was flop and a scam. They suck you in, give u hope and then it's over. Months of taking pills at all hours and NOTHING. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY ????
