This was my second renewal of my card. Compassionate Clinics of America couldn't have made the process any easier. You are able to set up the time to meet with the doctor online. Almost immediately you are made aware that your renewal is done. The state of IL had just redone their system. My information wasn't going through. Andrew called me if not daily, every other day trying to help me get my information to work on the new system. Andrew was such a kind and considerate person working with me until the system allowed my information to go through. If you need to renew your card I would highly recommend Compassionate Clinics of America.
