Lots of new information that I had not run across. Going to mix with the WFPB diet. I may include some meat periodically to ensure I am consuming the right amount of protein for creatine.

Definitely the deceitful sales pitch with the Christian foundation was one of the main ploys that got us to sign up. My partner and I felt very pressured on that first call to make a decision. We both were very hopeful going in. Expecting significant change in our health, we signed the contract. The only change we saw was just the little improvement in our diet, seeing that we already ate good anyway and also a bit of the placebo effect. Then as time went on, it was clear the supplements and the rigorous and ridiculous all hours of the night PLAN were absolutely worthless. The half hour consults with my coach ( which was very cool and positive) were Way to Short. Always getting cut off at the end with no definite answers and the issues of having no results. Also they encouraged us to spend even more money and time to find additional supplements, of which we saw NO RESULTS from as well. I was promised this program would get me off my thyroid medication, Which was the main one I signed on. I Ended up testing WORSE THAN EVER after the program was finished. Then recommendations of continuing the longevity program were discussed because they say it took this long for the toxins to accumulate, it will take more time and might I add THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to clear them out. All and all this program was flop and a scam. They suck you in, give u hope and then it's over. Months of taking pills at all hours and NOTHING. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY 💰😞

BEWARE of the POMPA PROGRAM!

Leena’s review on Trustpilot is SPOT ON! My partner and I loved watching Dr. Pompa’s instagram posts on health and detoxification. We both work in the holistic field and are very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. We decided to try it out based on the initial immflamatory test we bought from Pompa. The sales reps do all have the same lingo to “detox the cells” and there’s nothing that can do that except the "Pompa Program." In the “consult” there’s constant reference to a cell drawing and they throw Christian values around as a means to let your guard down which is exactly why we signed up. The assessment of your symptoms, past trauma, exposures, etc., is always going to have everyone with something that needs correction. This is very generic since everyone has been exposed to something.

In our initial consult we too wanted time to think about it but our sales woman convinced us to act immediately and also that she would buy our health product that we sell to help us financiallly offset the cost of the program. This never happened and she became a ghost as soon as we paid. We also never met Dr. Pompa which you would think would be a part of the program. Wouldn’t you expect to meet the surgeon before a surgery or a doctor before receiving a prescription??

At the end of 5 months they try to get you to sign up for an ongoing longevity program about $200 + supplements a month stating that this is needed to get the results they initially promise for the 5 month program. I wrote in and talked to customer service to file a request for conflict resolution and some type of refund based on the products not working and provided final medical testing for both of us to prove it. I then got redirected to the Operations Manager and then to the Client Care Advocate and they negated any scientific results we provided with stating that my online “end survey" showed some improvement! My partner never did a survey but voiced to his coach all along of no results. We both did. We felt ignored because every person’s blow off response repeated about my survey improvements (which I know I answered the same issues still existed and also this survey was not provided to me) and the "no refund policy."

I agree with Leena about paychecks needing to be paid. How many people did I make effort to talk to in the company, including our coaches but never was able to actually talk to the doctor and after all our efforts we got absolutely no resolution.

The Pompa Program was a complete total loss and disappointment! This company does not back up it’s products nor services. I was told they used to have a money back guarantee but now they no longer provide that and it was not in our contract. Why is this?? A good company with good products will always offer this knowing their products work.

We believe that Pompa may help those very sick individuals who have limited nutritional and fitness knowledge. But really for the extremely high cost of this program (6-7K pp) it would be better for everyone to consult with a reputable holistic doctor that does testing and then recommends the high quality supplements based on the test results.

They have you watch videos of Pompa and his sad story of being really sick and with God he came up with the Pompa Plan. But interestingly this “God” plan would not be feasable for anyone with low income. They convince you this is the only way to good health. This program really only provides a coach, supplements and educational videos that you can find on Youtube.

The other thing is they make it sound so individualized that a couple couldn’t share it and each need to pay the high cost but it totally was the same program for both of us besides an extra pill here and there. We got the same box every month with the same exact supplements.

I agree with Leena that all that is really needed is to Remove the main toxic exposures, switch to a clean diet without bad seed oils and do some fasting. They'll use their inflammation test to convince you but everyone is a “7” (highest) on that test. I realized this after talking to many others who took it.

With Pompa there is no way to know if whatever started with is still in the body or not. There is no final test offered to show any progress. You are expected to just take their word on it and if there are symptoms still the extended costly program is the only answer. Desperate people will buy into this and agreed this is unethical and immoral.

Hopefully our testimony will protect others from joining, being deceived, and enduring costlly financial loss by the Pompa Program.

The real deal

Beware of past employees who write fake reviews that they “know someone” who went through the program. Disgruntled past employees are not reviews on the actual program.

I researched for years, decades even to find healing for my body. I tried every diet to lower inflammation which made a big difference but I still had brain fog, fatigue, thyroid and adrenal issues. Dr Pompa was the first doctor (he is a DC, MD’s are robots who only prescribe pills in 2025) who told me what is happening at the root cause of my issues. I have been in the program for months now and am seeing some huge shifts in my health and healing in areas I did not expect. I get it people want a pill, shot or surgery to achieve instant gratification but there is no such result in healing.

My experience is so far is, it took decades to store these toxins in my body and it is going to take time to remove them. Remove the interference’s and let the body heal like it was DESIGNED by God to do. The Pompa Program has been worth every dollar spent so far. I highly recommend finally getting to the root cause.

Highly Recommend!

The Pompa Program is playing a vital role in helping me reduce my peripheral neuropathy pain. It’s expensive, but you can’t put a price on health and well being. I highly recommend the Pompa Program to anyone having heath/wellness issues. You’ll have a personal coach who will help you through the program step-by-step to ensure you get the most out of it. After being told by so many doctors that there was nothing they could do and my condition was one I’d suffer with the rest of my life, Dr. Pompa and the Pompa Program have offered me renewed hope and bonafide improvement!

This experience was nothing short of…

This experience was nothing short of life changing for me… I had been following Dr. Pampa for over a year before I signed on. I was beyond fatigued, weighed down by headaches, stomach issues, sleep issues, and more. I had already started to eat healthy and exercise, but that almost made me feel worse. The idea of detoxing from a cellular level really intrigued me and so I decided to try it. I’m writing this six months after starting and I am a different person. The supplements are phenomenal. I’m a bit of a health geek and I’ve done a lot of research on my own. The supplements are very well thought out and are very hard to find anywhere else. They are packed full of everything you need to fuel your body, and detox properly. Every single article or doctor I have spoken with has recommended supplements that happen to be in the Pompa supplements. These people know what they’re doing. The detoxification itself work too. My coach, Stephanie, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Spending the money to do this program is far more efficient than continuous doctor visits, and pointless check ups. I highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a really great…

My husband and I had a really great conversation with Jason that lasted two hours. I have followed Dr. Pompa for over a year now knowing that his program would help me. I was so excited for this day! I knew, and I’ve heard that it was expensive, but what is money if you can’t get out of bed to enjoy your life. Jason was wonderful. He knew exactly how I was feeling and what Dr. Pompas program could do to help me. Once the talk turned into finances, we told Jason that we wanted a few days to talk . That’s when Jason changed. He turned into a completely different person, he used every angle to get money out of us. I told him that it was a big commitment and we just needed to talk. He was not going to allow for that. He made me feel like crap! We have the money, we just needed a few days to move things around. I was totally down to put out the money for this program, but I would never ever do it now. Dr. Pompa I love you and your program but I’m sorry I’m going to look elsewhere now. Jason totally ruined my day and my dream of Dr. Pompas program.

This changed my life!

I went through the program primarily because of memory loss and brain fog. The program helped me immensely. I now have clarity, I lost 40lbs in 3 months and I have much more energy. You have to be with to follow the program to the tee.

Its a pass

Just don't.

There are other ways to achieve better health. Remove the main toxic exposures, switch to a more paleo/carnivore/mediterranean diet and do some fasting. Elimiate bad seed oils and stop letting people take advantage of you.

My mom went through this program for 6 months.

She didn't need it and didn't get any results.

There's an army of "advisors" on the front end that are just sales reps, all reading off a script and all taught to drive the pain points to create "change". The whole reason they want you to close on the first call is cause they know you'll research and not come back.

No serious healthcare company would do that.

If you have 12-14 thousand to throw around then do it, but this program is uneccesary for about 90% of the people that come to them but they'll use their inflammation test to convince you otherwise. By the way everyone is a 7 on that test, I bought one also and I'm as healthy and fit as possible... it came up 7 as well. Gasp.

You've been warned. Unfortunatley many people we met employed with Pompa are nice but overly brainwashed into believing this is the saving grace to all. The others are just their for a pay check, regardless of whether or not innocent peoples money is taken.

They try to say its more than just supplements but its very generic. You can go on youtube and find the same videos.

Anywho, be prepared for people to dig into your pain on your "consult", constantly reference a cell drawing to avoid your questions, and throw Christian values around as a means to let your guard down (how wrong is that). When you become a client be prepared for the upsells to other supplements and 1 call a month for the "amazing" check ins.

You mention the “assessment that goes along with it.” But let’s be honest, anyone who fills out a long survey about their symptoms, past trauma, exposures, etc., is already primed to be told something is wrong. That’s not personalized medicine. That’s prequalification for a high ticket sale. It's a "tool" to be used to get the sale, but disguised as a tool to find the "root cause."

There's no way for you to know if X is still in the body or not. Telling desperate people this is unethical and immoral.

This isn’t about whether inflammation exists. It’s about whether your company uses vague metrics and scripted calls to convert fear into cash.

Immense abdominal pain during/after detoxes

I'm pretty sure the detoxes I've done in this program have given me stomach ulcers. I'm not sure of the mechanism that would cause that, but the pain I've been getting in the upper middle of my abdomen is horrendous. Doubled-over, trying to work from bed, scared to eat kind of horrendous. It's a tight cramping and burning feeling. At risk of sounding dramatic, it feels like my insides are being eroded away. This has happened for the past four detox cycles, even at low doses. I think this program helped my digestion in some ways and improved regularity, but the benefits of this program were not worth the $7000 I paid for the first five months, not including additional money spent on supplements after five months and all of the pain I've endured. I do not recommend this program.

Pompa Changed My Life!

I cannot begin to tell you how much Pompa Program has changed my life and my family's lives. For years I struggled with hormonal issues, gut issues, and intense bouts of depression. The worst of it came after I got married. after years of testing, specialist after specialist, and three naturopathic docs, I had discovered that I had little to no hormones being produced. I was 27 and on the cliff of pushing into menopause and never being able to have kids. I had tried everything to get my body back in alignment... countless supplements to boost hormone production, endless gut, liver, gallbladder, and parasite cleanses. NOTHING permanently moved the needle. I kept praying for a solution. And then through a friend at church I found Pompa. Within the first 30 days, my mood and energy had improved, I was sleeping better, and my brain fog began to lift. My amazing Coach Yana, helped me navigate each phase with very specific instructions for my body. She was THE best. As I walked through Body Phase my periods started to regulate, I had less pain and headaches around my cycles... but Brain Phase was where the REAL magic happened. My Libido clicked back on, and I finally started to ovulate again! Because I knew how important it was for me to not pass on toxins to my future kiddos, I kept going with Brain phase until we conceived. Because of Pompa Program we are expecting our first child! I could not be more grateful for the guidance and expertise Pompa Program has give me!

Program is very expensive. Also there is no set price everyone I spoke to paid a different amount. My meetings with their staff were cut off before I made it through the program, and you have to stay on the pills forever. Complete waste of almost 7k.

You dont get much for $7k

You dont get much for $7k and the program only lasts a few months, then if you havent seen any results you need to pay to have a health coach on a monthly basis as well as pay for the supplements. They spend almost the whole term of the program teaching about how and what to eat and what not to and when. In my case I knew as much about that as my health coach. But If you are clueless about what foods are healthy and what foods are making you feel bad, then what they teach you in the short length of the program is life changing. Alternatively, you could buy a $20 book and learn all of that. My conclusion was that it is a ripoff, I took all the supplements and was already eating very healthy on a Keto + intermittent fasting diet and the supplements didnt change a thing. Interestingly there is no test for inflammation at the end of the program , so you can't judge whether you had improved except by how you feel. Also, there is no where on their site to do a review of the program.

Enter at your own risk...

I had a terrible experience with the Pompa Program. From the start, it felt unprofessional and manipulative. The person we spoke with acted like a healthcare expert, but it was obvious he wasn’t qualified. He used incorrect medical terms and tried to sound like he understood medications, but it was clear he didn’t.

What really set me off was how condescending the interaction became. I had signed up and paid for the program for my wife. While I was taking notes, the coach looked at me and said something like, “We’ll wait for you to pay attention,” which was incredibly awkward and passive aggressive. That was it for me. I got up and left the room so I wouldn’t say something I’d regret and let my wife finish the call on her own.

There was nothing helpful or important said after that point. It was just more sales tactics. They clearly structure the conversation to build up pressure before revealing the program cost, which ranges from eight to sixteen thousand dollars. It felt like a high-pressure sales pitch straight out of the Robert Kiyosaki playbook. If this guy had been one of my employees, I would have fired him on the spot.

I can’t recommend this program to anyone. It felt dishonest and pushy, especially considering they claim to help with health. My advice is to be cautious. The negative reviews I found online completely matched my experience.

Until you realize 1. the person you are talking to is not a medical professional 2. you are paying $8k for what amounts to 90 days of supplements - no testing, not measurements - just supps. I asked what testing is done at the end to prove the "cell" has been healed, and he said "if the patient feels better". So thankful I blew it off. Put your 8k in a Roth IRA instead. Honestly...
