The worst service

The worst service, very rude customer service and they’ve cut the call on my face, Never got it resolved, I had to cancel my policy after being loyal for 3 years. I was never expecting this poor service and behaviour from the staff!

We’re very sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how upsetting it can be to receive poor customer service, please rest assured that we will investigate your claim journey and we will ensure that additional training is given where necessary to ensure this shortfall in service does not happen in the future.
