The technician was on time, helpful, polite, showed me how to temporarily protect my personal data whilst the screen was being replaced. He also very helpfully put a new screen protector on that I had. My phone is now good as new!

I had an iPad screen repair at April, But I need had battery issues. After repair I was having battery issues, I still carried on. Now it's just turning off frequently, I can't even use it.
I need to use this everyday but I can't now. 1st July I called to 0345 528 0182. Someone told they will send me email for repair. Didn't get any email. Don't know what to do. It's like harassment to me. There is no value of my time. What should I do? Paying fee from last year July.

Having previously gone through the hassle of taking my cracked-screen phone to Edinburgh, and them not being able to fix it, despite being booked in, this service was a breeze in comparison. Booked online via Samsung, got an email with ETA within an hours time frame for following day. Repair man, Lee, called when 30 mins away. He was helpful, polite, knowledgeable and I am grateful to now have a fully functional phone again. Didn't realise this service was an option until now, and would not hesitate to use again in the future. Literally a doorstep repair, at a very reasonable additional cost. Thanks Lee!

In terms of how fast the turn-around time was from me registering my claim to me having a working device in-hand, this was outstanding. Disappointingly however, there was no option given to repair my phone screen, instead a refurbished replacement was the only option given, which comes with a higher payable policy excess. The Google Pixel 8 Pro is a popular device, so I doubt sourcing parts was this issue here.
In the end, I received a phone that was a different colour to that of my own, blue vs black. Not a huge deal as such, but a like-for-like swap would have been better. The phone itself is in excellent condition, with one exception, which I will cover below.
The battery wear level on the replacement phone is considerably higher than that of the device I handed over, so this is the real kicker. My battery was in 'as new' condition, the replacement is not. It is 260 cycles in and has a max capacity of 93% to that of the original spec which isn't great. Makes it hard to believe it realy is a manufacturer refurbished phone, as opposed to one that has been handed over in a previous claim.
So, if you are offered a replacement \ refurbished phone I'd be reluctant to accept. Instead push for a repair, as you do not know what you will end up with.
In Likwizes's defence, this covered in their Ts and Cs prior to submitting your claim, in that you may receive a different coloured device 'similar' to that of your own, but ultimately you are taking a gamble.

Lost a star because they cancelled the first appointment date, and I had to wait 3 more days, however when they arrived, the service was very good. They replaced more than just the front screen like I thought they would.
It was all done right outside my door and just over an hour.

The quality of support is outsourced and extremely poor (they basically cannot help you with anything, nor will they escalate your request to someone that is able to handle it) but that's not the real gripe. The foundation of the service is borderline fraudulent. Over $1400 paid into a plan and the first claim requested boils down to replacement of a device valued at roughly $120.

My phone is fully damaged since the repair. Half the screen is now a complete whiteout and phone is unusable. Was a tiny pixel and battery issue before and i know he didnt mean too but hes broken it so need him back out ASAP to fix. I have ordered a new phone because I rely on it heavily for work

Rip off thought was a broken screen, in the first instance appointment rescheduled as didnt have part. Engineer arrived pleasant guy told me it was screen protector only and there would be no charge for his visit. I never had sight of any of any terms and conditions and had to pay £233 up front. I was then contacted after visit and sent refund was to be deducted by a call out fee ? The engineer said this happened all the time so why dont the engineers carry replacement screens ? The engineer also said it was difficult to tell that the screen wasnt damaged just one of those things. My advice is do not use this the company engineer was with us a few minutes and cost me £59. My view is agreeing with the engineer it was a full refund is a verbal contract of offer and acceptance, apparantley not according to this company. Full marks though to a screen protector if you dont have one get one.

Just had my phone repaired, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and did an amazing job !
He knew immediately what the problem was and repaired it without any problem at all using original parts, he advised me that the parts were guaranteed for 12 months which was good to know.
