Ordered the Mia Ottoman Double Bed on…
Ordered the Mia Ottoman Double Bed on 7th April, I paid ￡24 for express shipping to come on 17th April. I heard nothing about the item being dispatched. I had an email on 13th after contacting them several times to say the item was out of stock but the stock had been allocated to us before it went out of stock and would be delivered soon. 17th came and I’d heard nothing, online chats were saying to allow 72 hours for warehouse to contact back. It’s now 22nd April and I’ve been told the item is out of stock and it won’t be despatched.
