I have been given the wrong flowers…

I have been given the wrong flowers that I ordered so will need to come back another day to rectify. I ordered 2 peony bouquets tied together with silver ribbon. Ive received white roses with no ribbon :(

The click and collect system was down…

The click and collect system was down and so goods could not be collected. At 83 I rarely drive into town and from an outlying village was unlikely to be in town again in the near future. A person on the till, Sarah, very kindly spoke to the manager and arranged to look for my parcel manually. Good old fashioned service at its best and a credit to you. Look after her.

Thank you Ryan, for your outstanding customer service.

The customer service given by Ryan on the tills on Wed 2nd July was outstanding. I had an issue with payment on my card and he tried to problem solve with the utmost patience and respect.

It could well have been a stressful and embarrassing time for me but due to his calm, non judgemental manner and willingness to help me, it was not.

I think it is important to recognise the difference between employees that adhere to the expected behaviour, etiquette and protocols of a company and those that have personal standards beyond just what is expected. In my opinion Ryan falls in to the latter group; which these days seem to be more difficult to find - especially in a young man.

Thank you Ryan, for your outstanding customer service, when you could have easily been like so many others; dispassionate.
Continue with the work ethic that sets you apart from the rest. You make a difference.

Like land of the dead

Only one person in the store seemed to know how to do click and collect and I picked some items up in store and was made to wear in two separate queues...also multiple staff just lingering around the customer service have no real input into anything it may seem.

Garden furniture

I ordered garden furniture but a day later it came down in price. I contacted the Range customer service and they advised to wait until the order was delivered and if everything was OK they would offer a price promise, within 3-5 working days the difference was in my account. The service from the Range was brilliant, especially the manager at the Somercotes store when we went into query this as we wasn't sure if anything was able to be done, the delivery drivers were the disappointing part of the experience, they tried to get furniture they knew wouldn't fit through the house and when I suggested taking it around the back to the garden you could see they were visibly frustrated with my suggestion and huffed.

Terrible customer service i have been trying to get a response from customer services for six days to return my item and keep being sent one word messages then ignored. Honestly do not order from this company online not only is the rug nothing like the picture but they will offer no support to refund you.
