Paid for express postage and came a day…

Paid for express postage and came a day late,the box was destroyed and the delivery man was rude
I won’t be ordering again

Due to the delays which you have experienced, I have refunded the delivery surcharge which you paid for this service. While we endeavour to process these refunds as soon as possible please allow for up to 3-5 working days for these to be received.
