ISA transfer

I have been trying to transfer my ISA from Fidelity since early January.At first they tried to blame Fidelity but after contacting them it was clear the problem was with II.In early March they finally transferred 3 of my funds with no sign of the other 2 .I have contacted them by phone, secure messaging and finally direct to an II complaints email about 1 week ago.
1 of the remaining 2 funds got transferred yesterday but still awaiting the last one.The really irritating thing is there is little or no communication to what to me is a serious problem.
There is no danger I would transfer my wife's portfolio after this fiasco.I can only assume the people rating it 5 stars have not had any dealings with simple ISA transfers.

I have reviewed the details surrounding your transfer and i am sorry to learn of the delays. Some challenges were outwith our control and we will detail that to you in writing in the coming days. One of our Senior Complaint Handlers will give you a call to discuss it too.
