This program has helped my son develop his  skills by leaps and bounds as a soccer player. The format is very instructional by coaches who CAN and HAVE played the game at an elite level. These coaches work very hard to create an environment where the group as a whole receives instruction while also making it a point to work with each individual player as well. In addition to instruction, the competitive aspect is still incorporated in each work out. I fully recommend OPUS to any parent looking to place their child in a program that is instructional, competitive and supportive while addressing the individual needs of each athlete. 

This is so bad I recommend natural football mastery or just any thing you can try on YouTube 

I've been using it for months and if anything it is so overwhelming and unimpactful. 

My review is intended to help people make a purchase decision, whether for or against another manufacturer's product. My son has been using the tracker since March and is very happy with how it works. It is easy to use and understand. We bought the product in the “performance version” in December and wanted to have it activated. My son initially failed to create an account. However, he quickly made up for this. It has now been 4 weeks and we have not heard back from the support employee. Up to now, he was easy to contact and very friendly. Unfortunately, it now appears that the support team has no solution when problems occur.  The evaluation options of the tracker without the performance package are unfortunately very limited and minimalistic. As customers, we are convinced by the product and the idea. Unfortunately, the service area cannot keep up with the product. As customers, we are more than very disappointed because we did not receive the service we bought and paid for.

Signed up checked out the game, didn't seem bad. Then I get an e-mail telling me my account had been rejected, no reason gave, other than 3 possible reasons why it was, so no way to know how to fix the problem. Also when one of the reason is you didn't provide information they never asked for, just not the best information. Also, it asks for a lot of personal information most people probably wouldn't feel comfortable to give.

Watch out. This is a site that appears to offer legitimate Coach bags for 1/4th of their retail price. Do not order. 

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and the classes whether it CrossFit or Hyrox are well structured and are made so anyone is capable of doing them. 
The general gym is alsogreat with lots of equipment. 
I see myself as having two families, one
Family at home and a family at Fitness Evolution.

Placed order 264108 since 24 July, and not received yet.
More over, Dispatch Administrator (Emma Fox) is unresponsive.
Very disappointing!
