Gutes Produkt mit schlecht erreichbarem Support bei Problemen.
My review is intended to help people make a purchase decision, whether for or against another manufacturer's product. My son has been using the tracker since March and is very happy with how it works. It is easy to use and understand. We bought the product in the “performance version” in December and wanted to have it activated. My son initially failed to create an account. However, he quickly made up for this. It has now been 4 weeks and we have not heard back from the support employee. Up to now, he was easy to contact and very friendly. Unfortunately, it now appears that the support team has no solution when problems occur. The evaluation options of the tracker without the performance package are unfortunately very limited and minimalistic. As customers, we are convinced by the product and the idea. Unfortunately, the service area cannot keep up with the product. As customers, we are more than very disappointed because we did not receive the service we bought and paid for.
