As I watched the mountain of laundry in my hamper grow by the day, I became more overwhelmed by the idea of spending hours of my weekend washing, drying and folding laundry. It is a chore I truly dread on a daily basis. When I discovered that Poplin would send a Laundry Pro to my door to pick up, clean and fold my laundry I was immediately SOLD. It was easy to place the order, and within 36 hours my laundry was returned to my front door not only cleaned and nicely folded, but also SORTED into the clothing types (Thanks Nikki!!), making it quick and easy to put away. My laundry pro neatly packed my clothes into clean bags, and left a little note to enjoy my weekend - which was much easier to do without laundry! No more digging through laundry mountain to find a pair of socks…. Woohoo!

 bought a home in July of 2021 and inherited a laundry service contract with CSC Serviceworks. I soon found that the machines were not working properly and quickly contacted the company. I navigated the process to put in a service request with some patience and anticipation to get the washer and dry back to working order. The service included an app that would have been very convenient if it worked along with the machines. Unfortunately, it did not and I included that in my very first service request along with clothes in the washing machine coming out soaked in extra water and not wrung out properly. The dryer seemed to work but required at least 6 quarters to dry a small amount of clothes. 
The workman came after sometime and said it was fixed but my tenants and I would many times have to hang clothes out to dry after going through the washing cycle. One because the clothes came out dripping wet and two because the dry was not working properly. This became a regular issue and my tenants and i made multitudes of repair requests. Service men would come after sometime and say it was fixed but it became so unreliable my tenants started taking laundry out and complaining to me the landlord for the inconvenience. It was so bad I requested to discontinue the service and even paid a hefty penalty of withdraw. When CSC received my withdraw request they emailed that someone would contact me to pick up the machines. That was in early March. It is now early July. A scheduled pick up was made and i waited the entire day for the pick up with no calls to the otherwise. My entire experience wit CSC Serviceworks has been unprofessional and lacking concern for basic customer care. To this date more than 3 month after requesting the machines be picked up they are still in my home. I want to warn anyone doing business with Serviceworks to beware and do not enter a service contract with them. They have been very unresponsive and unconcerned for the entire 4 year period I experienced working with them. 

These laundry sheets do NOT work. Being retired my clothes are nearly clean when they are washed. What little soil I may have, remains even after using twice the number of sheets recommended. As for any spots? FORGET IT! Any that happen to be be on my clothes remain after washing with these sheets, but come out after re-washing with traditional laundry detergent.  I do not believe for one second the positive reviews. Could they have been paid for??

A wheel on our samsonite suitcase broke due to baggage handlers. I filled in a request online on the samsonite support site and they sent a new free wheel free of charge which is easy to fix yourself. Great customer service and great sustainability! We would have otherwise had to throw it away to end up as landfill

Rinse is easy, affordable, and the people that work there are just so friendly. I was using a different laundry service for a long time, however, they would rip me off on the weight of the laundry. Rinse is just so perfect and with Rinse, repeat you know exactly what the cost will be for each bag of laundry. I’m unable to do laundry myself and this is just such a perfect thing. 

Avoid Avoid do not buy We bought a suit case from India  five months ago, it came  with a global warranty that's  not worth the paper its written on. our suite case broke by wheeling it  the very first time we used it!!!!!! the wheel broke They tried it was not covered through their warranty!!! it was not a manafactory default!!!! the wheel broke off!!!
A so called independent company inspected it was definitely faulty unless they make cases why did the wheels break for no reason. The warranty  was not honoured, They said they have no spare parts so you cant repair the case and a replacement would cost to much money. we actually returned the case to them at our own cost all though they knew they did not have a spare part to repair the wheel. absolutely a disgusting company and even worse customer support. 

I'm in love with this product,  Freddy's laundry sheets work great. As well as watching stains come out of not only my whites but all of my laundry. I don't think I'll ever go back to pods.the only thing that has changed that I'm not happy with is the packaging. It used to come in a box, like fabric softener sheets which was great, now they're delivered in a large envelope.  They tend to stick together, and aren't as easy to just grab one or two depending on the load if laundry.
