Even though the company is overseas, they were very communicative and easy to work with. We had an issue with our first measurement and they were very good to send us another jacket. Everything looks amazing. The outfit is for our wedding so he will look really sharp.!

The color is not at all what it looked like in the screen. There was also a catch in the fabric they wanted me to fix. It was a fairly easy fix but I shouldn’t have to fix new clothing. It cost me $80 to return the kilt to Pakistan.

The people at PrimeKilt are easy to communicate with and provide an incredible product. I wanted a tartan that wasn't in their selection (Dunlop Hunting), they created it, and the subsequent kilt is incredible plus they've added it to their available inventory. I have gotten 5 kilts from them in total and all are impeccably made. I also think they have some of the best kilt hose available. I will be ordering a jacket in the near future.

Prime Kilts is excellent! The order process was easy, my order came in a very timely fashion considering it was custom made, and the quality of the product was SO nice!
About Customer Service: I contacted customer services via the live chat feature and both times they were so very helpful.
About Shipping: I ordered my first order with standard delivery and it came in 13 days. I just ordered a second order with rush delivery because I need it in 10 days.
About Fit: These are custom made so get your measurements exactly right because they will fit exactly to the measurements you provide. The measuring guide on the website is very detailed to help you.
About Quality: The fabric is thick and the lining is smooth. The buckles, the stitching, etc are great quality.

The company, Prime Kilts was a pleasure to work with. I purchased the complet out fit and I was impressed with the quality. Quick processing and good delivery. I actually received it quicker than expected. The sgian dubh that came with the out fit was cheap and a disappointment. However, the sgian dubh was free and I didn't purchase for that so overall I was happy with with my purchase. I have a wishlist so will purchase again from Prime. I will also recommend to my friends.

I was pretty skeptic at first cause there are pretty much no reviews on their products, but I think they might just be a newer business? So I took a risk and bought from them, and I am SO glad I did! The kilt I got was excellent quality and I’m definitely gonna buy from them again one day.

The kilt sent had a 26" waist which I ordered, but made for a man without the hip width for a woman, so it was too tight. When I contacted Prime Kilt, they immediately assured me they would send a replacement which they did within expected time. The replacement fit. I am very pleased with the kilt - heavy-weight material with excellent stitching and made in a classical kilt manner. I would recommend their kilts to anyone looking for high-quality apparel at a reasonable price for unusual tartans. Their customer service was excellent - responsive with liberal replacement policy.
