If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was having fun and getting back into the game but then my account gets BANNED after spending $ on my account. That being said, I had messaged howrse as I created two accounts and I didn't realize it was against the rules, what do they do? They ban me. After telling me I can delete the account without penalties.

Had a bit of a mix up on my order and they switched it within 10 minutes. The response was lighting fast and they just became 100% vegan and I couldn’t be happier

I’m unsure why there are so many poor reviews, but as a young student, I love this website. LOVE IT. I’ve had great experiences with customer care as I was charged 159.99 for an annual subscription (forgot to cancel free trial) and the response was SO fast. I couldn’t believe it. The refund was provided with NO questions asked. The refund took a few days to make it to my account and being as worried as I am, I sent them more emails about the refund and if it actually went through. They were patient and kind enough to explain the situation and sure enough, I did receive my refund! I have never ordered their business cards or anything like that but working with them for school projects (marketing, business, & psychology) I can confident in saying that they have never failed me. Thank you Canva!!
