Had issues with ordering and the product arrived damaged, but they replaced it quickly
UPDATE: Though our purchase didn’t go smoothly (the payment was rejected three times; the saw first arrived with a broken handle), I must admit these guys have a great customer support process. They replaced the saw quickly. The second time the box was damaged too, but this is probably the responsibility of the delivery company.
