Had issues with ordering and the product arrived damaged, but they replaced it quickly

UPDATE: Though our purchase didn’t go smoothly (the payment was rejected three times; the saw first arrived with a broken handle), I must admit these guys have a great customer support process. They replaced the saw quickly. The second time the box was damaged too, but this is probably the responsibility of the delivery company.

As you will know, my colleague has spoken with a relative of yours and the situation has been fully rectified. We are glad that this was resolved so quickly.

As you are aware, with your first order the email address put into our system wasn’t valid, and this combined with the postal address being different to the address and country of the registered payment card flagged up as fraudulent within our checks. When you placed your second order, the product ordered was different to the first order, the email address was different again and another card was used that was registered in different country to the delivery address, again flagging up as potentially fraudulent. We have to take potential fraud seriously, and if several flags are raised then our team will cancel the order to ensure protection of all parties. After speaking with Igor and arranging a different payment method, your power tools are now on their way to you. We hope that on review of the situation you reconsider your review and rating.
