Zignagenix is very good at communication, very good at organization and making all attempts to help patiences be comfortable. They are detailed in saying what they do and then doing what they say. The costs are very competitive as well. I am 1 week out so waiting on the anticipated great outcome.

Our pre-visit interactions were great - with Ryland the sales/customer experience rep and Ana who addressed all of our technical questions. On our actual procedure days, all of our interactions were exceptional from our driver Mauricio to Karen the office manager to Andrea the nurse to Dr. Ochoa. It is too soon to say how the stem cells have benefited me, but I look forward to sharing more in the future.

My experience with the zignagenix team was awesome. From day one being in communication with manny about my situation, he made me feel comfortable, was very patient and helped answer every question I had. Manny booked my hotel and was there to pick me up the day of my treatment. Crossing the border from San Diego to and from Mexico was easy and efficient because of the medical pass they have. Once arriving to the facility I was greeted by a friendly staff, the facility was clean and was everything they told me it would be. After my treatment they even took me to a local taco shop for tacos. 5 star experience from beginning to end. Looking forward to see how effective this stem cell treatment will be for me in the near future. Thanks again to manny and the rest of the team at zignagenix!

My name is David and I live near Dallas Texas. I have been at ZignGenix on two occasions. I am treating advanced Ankylosing Spondylitis. I have had stem cell therapy done previously using bone marrow from my own body. I had heard about this method and was intrigued. It made sense to me to inject stem cells right into the joints that were affected rather than only delivering them by IV throughout my body. I have been on biological medication for the AS for almost 5 years. After receiving my second stem cell therapy, you can imagine how pleased I was when my rheumatologist told me I can start reducing my biological injections. If I continue to manage with less injections my doctor is planning to further reduce my dosage.
I have a son in law who has MS, and a son who has degenerative disc problems in his lower back. I recommended they both come to ZignaGenix because I have confidence in the treatment program they offer.
My wife had severe carpal tunnel problems. She had surgery on one hand but wanted to try stem cell therapy as an alternative to surgery on the other hand. She has been totally pain free following stem cell therapy. She recently began experiencing a bit of tightness again in her wrist and so she is scheduled for a follow-up stem cell therapy in the near future.
The process was very simple. The driver picked us up at the San Diego airport and took us to the treatment in Tijuana. It was a very simple process to get there. After the treatment they returned us to our motel in San Diego. Ana was five star in helping to answer our questions, book our motel, and even did some extra favors for my son’s wife and child so they could get some supplies at the grocery store. You won’t have a better guide than Ana in getting it all arranged!
You can be certain that my 3rd scheduled visit is due to a very satisfied customer!

I was having lots of trouble with my knees. I'm on a ladder for work and after finding Zignagenix and Ana Inuarte online I set up to go to Mexico and have stem cell shots in my knees. It worked great, I'm climbing ladders well again. Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgable.

I was referred to ZignaGenix by a friend who knew about my 40 year-old acl/meniscus knee surgery and existing condition. Ana Ituarte educated me about stem cells, exosomes and prp treatment. Once I decided to undertake the procedure, she continued very hands-on in organizing my medical records for study by the ZG doctor(s) and then explaining what was recommended specifically for me. We scheduled the date and the rest of the process unfolded quite well. I live in San Diego. They arranged a Mercedes van to pick me up at Mission Bay Park. Simple, convenient, comfortable. I was taken to the clinic just across the border in Tijuana. Once there, I was further educated about the procedure, started my IV and was soon in the procedure room where I received my knee injections. ZG is clean, the stem cells come from umbilical cords retrieved from healthy births in San Diego. They have their own lab and proprietary process where they incubate and culture the cells. Carlos Ituarte was extremely helpful in discussing the post-procedure expectations, recovery process and use of peptides for additional healing. All said, I am very happy with my results. At 73 years old, I am very active, eat healthy, work out and don’t drink alcohol except very occasionally. My knees have less inflammation, mostly no swelling and pain unless I beat them up in sports or training, after which they recover much more quickly than before. I surf, play golf, work out and can now walk without pain on most days, which was not at all possible over the past ten years. Their follow-up and availability is first class. I can’t recommend ZignaGenix highly enough.

When I got picked up at the airport, the drive down to the clinic was very nice. I got to meet many other people who were having the same problems that I was having. Trying to avoid having a shoulder surgery. I did the treatments and a year later I'm very happy and considering going back for a wellness treatment. I got to see first-hand one of my patients avoid lumbar herniation surgery by getting the stem cell treatments through zignagenics. Thank you Ana and Zignagenics.

From the minute I checked into my hotel I knew that I chose the right place for my stem cell procedure. They set me up at the Wyndham bayside, an excellent hotel with great views of the water and downtown San Diego skyline. I had an email from Alejandra detailing what to expect. The day of my procedure Javier the driver was promptly at the hotel at 9 AM as detailed in the itinerary from Alejandra. Let me say Zignagenix could not have chosen a better person to drive you to and from the clinic. Javier was very personable and genuine, we had great conversation to and from the clinic he also knew the best route to get you there and back. They also use a fast pass to help skip most of the traffic and get you to the front of the line. Now while I was there I will say that the clinic was very clean and the staff was excellent and very friendly. Alejandra was wonderful and a joy to talk to, she puts you right at ease and sets the expectations very well they also brought breakfast for me and overall just made sure that my experience was more than I could have expected. Overall they are fast, friendly and efficient. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for stem cell therapy.

I have suffered a couple injuries since my treatment and my injuries have seemed to heal faster that i would have previously expected

This is a very impressive organization. What you get out of the experience is extensive. Most places specialize in either Stem Cells, PRP, or Exosome injections. This group teams up all three with a smart order of operations. The injections are painless once the numbing injection is complete and very professionally done. Transportation across the border is effortless and very fast. I’ve been across for vacations and humanitarian efforts and never been through so fast. They have a designated lane to get up to the border to exponentially minimize wait times. The clinic is very close to the border, well kept and in a nice area. The procedure was done today, so I don’t have input on results as of yet, but with how the hospital portion took place, I expect great results.

If you are considering regenerative stem cell therapy, you don’t have to go to Panama or spend tons of money in the US. Zignagenix in Tijuana. They have cutting edge technology and their own laboratory to harvest fresh stem cells just for your individualized treatment. From the consultation to the treatment, they stayed in constant contact to make sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with my treatment plan. I flew into San Diego and from that moment on I was picked up quickly with a friendly driver who took me across the border and right to the clinic. There I was greeted by the staff and Doctors making sure everything was still good to go. My experience with the clinic in Tijuana was very accomodating. It turned out better than I expected. All the personnel (Ana, Juan, Karen, Alejandra, and the doctors) were very kind and informative. Ana was my first point if contact. She guided me through every step of the way from beginning to end and will continue to follow up with my progress. This gave me more confidence in the credibility of this clinic after months of research on the clinic that would be the best fit for me and my situation. I came to Zignagenix with an autoimmune disorder that was causing systemic inflammation primarily in my joints. I was in big trouble and sick for nearly 3 years with Chronic pain. After some major lifestyle and diet changes which temporarily stabilized my flare ups I started researching MSC umbilical stem cells. I was looking for a clinic with a certified lab on-site that provided non frozen live cells. I wanted the treatment from a clinic that would provide pre and post treatment nutritional guidance as well. Dr. Ramon and his team provided all of that and more. I received 300 million stem cells intravenously over the course of a few days and crossed my fingers while following the post treatment plan which included a superfood supplement program called Purium. It took courage, money, and a ton of research but it paid off. I am writing this 11 months post treatment and my flare ups have been in remission. I’m healthy again and I’ve regained a quality of life that I thought was long out of reach. I highly suggest this Clinic however please do your homework before contacting any clinic. Very communicative and helpful. They came and picked me up at the hotel (that they paid for and reserved for us) we were staying at in San Diego. It was a short ride across the border into Tijuana. The driver stopped at a gas station about halfway there to get anybody that needed a water or coffee payed by himself. We were greeted by all the staff at the clinic and they started right into the process. They even offered breakfast as soon as we arrived. They were very gentle and were very professional. A big shout out to Anna for all she did for us in getting things coordinated. I was traveling for business in San Diego. My wife and 1 year old daughter came along. It was not convenient for them to come along to the clinic. Anna came to the hotel where we were staying and picked up my wife, my daughter, and all our luggage to take her to an Airbnb we are staying at for our business venture. She stopped and allowed my wife to do some shopping for groceries for our stay in San Diego. The main desk lady took us on a tour of the lab and showed us where they stored and incubated all the stem cell. I definitely would recommend them for customer service. Time will tell now how effective it is.
