I bought a suit that came with a small defect, but a replacement was sent the same day, I received it in perfect condition. The brand was highly recommended by a friend, and the customer service was quick and excellent the same day and send a replacement at the moment.

Good quality and support

So far i ordered several neoprene parts and sea boots directly on zhiks website and i will proceed to buy equipment. I had no problems with returning products, which did not fit. The support always responded very quickly, the refund on returned products sometimes seems to need some time, but their support workers are quite nice and you could just ask for assistance. I give them 5 stars, cause of the high quality on their products and for their fast helping support.

Zhik UK is a scam company

I made an order - Zhik UK website, worth over £1000 encouraged with ' doesnt fit?-easy returns'. I tried to use ''easy'' returns portal- every single time there is an error message on the last step of the process. I have send about 14 emails to the customer service. No reponse. I am trying every day for 8 days now. I am very busy but have to spend time and effort. This literally ruined my well-being -I am so stressed. There is no other way of contact with them. I have even filled a different returns form on EU and AU Zhik websites which generated a confirmation emails and finally someone called Allison from Zhik customer services responded advising me to use the very same link to UK returns portal that doesn't work! I replied to her emails explaining what is happening and attached screen shot of error message. No response back! I now contacted the bank (took me over an hour on the phone) but have to wait 15 days for them to start the claim process. I have no life because of this! This is despicable.

Return policy appalling

Return policy appalling comparing to other sites like HellyHansen, Tilley etc. First, you fill out a basic online form. Then you have to wait for a reply (which may or not may be arriving in the next few days). All e-mails from zhik go automatically to spam, which needs to be checked daily (since you get emails from multiple email addresses to confuse you further). Then you have to purchase your own return shipping. Similar Tilley return used a modern microsite which handled everything, all I had to do is print the label. All these bad experiences are even before the refusal of return (due to missing two useless pieces of cardboard - the labels). You can tell they are not interested to win any market in Europe!
