How it all started: After my career in nursing I took a degree in Heath Studies & Health Promotion. As a Level 2 fitness instructor, a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Level 4 Health Coach I fervently believe that everyone can enhance their health & wellbeing with the right sort of realistic, non-threatening, fun activities that fit into busy lifestyles. With a special interest in Peri-Menopause & Menopause, I am highly tuned to the challenges women (and men!) can face during this lifestage and regularly incorporate age appropriate movements & helpful lifestyle advice during exercise classes. I enjoy motivating people - there's nothing more rewarding for me than seeing someone changing their lifestyle for the better & loving it! Really enjoy Zoe's classes (Dancefit and STEP), she's always full of enthusiasm and energy and works hard to make classes fun and doable for those of us with various aches and pains!
