So I already have another one from you and the leather feels more rigid than these! It's blue though but it was only one of a few options at time when I bought it. So now I see you had black in again, so I jumped on it but the leather feels a lot different and not the safe feel.

This company is a fraud. The total for my order was $55.35, however, I noticed that there were 2 fees charged to my account. One was for $34.09 and the other for $63.28. I didn't recognize any of the transactions, and requested that my order be cancelled immediately.

They will take your order, give you a total, and then charge whatever they want from your account.

WARNING: Don't do it! I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. Luckily, I have copies of the receipt that they sent, which is different than what they took from my bank.

In addition, since the company is a fraud and has my Debit card number, I took all my money out of that account, and initiated a new card number with my bank. Nightmare!!!

Order a 63.00 package.. next i had bank withdrawals of 76.00 and another of 34.00. I emailed immediately within hours of ordering about an hour. To cancel the order. The email respondent then said refund would take up to 31 days. Wtf. Hang on my payment gets to within seconds and I have to wait a month for a refund. ? 1 month later received a refund of 76.00. It's been almost 2 months now with the 34 dollars no where in sight. I have just complained to the business bureau.

What a great wallet! The leather is soft, supple, and it's perfectly set up for my aviation documents. The only suggestion would be to add an extra two millimeters to the medical insert so that I can get the medical certificate in there without double folding it at the fold line.

Funny that you suggest for my review to be honest when you are lying to unsuspecting customers. Your ad is for Peter Thomas Roth facial tightening cream but your product is a fake! The tube is exactly the same with vertical writing but it says Facial Tightening Cream and NOT Peter Thomas Roth brand - filled with nothing more than a cheap hand cream. You’re a rip-off scammer and I’m reporting Zesphyr to the BBB and all social media sites. Assholes!

Zephyr responded extremely fast on my inquiry about a custom engraved pilot wallet. It was late at night and I didn't expect any response until during business hours. Zephyr was so quick, that my wallet was shipped the next day. I had my product beautifully done and well packed in 2 days! Superior customer service!

Ordered 3 tubes of Lift & Firm Instant Face Thightener with free shipping. Order confirmed for $48.97. Cream did not work at all. Contacted their customer service by email. I immediately realized this is a company from China because of their return/refund tactics. First they asked for a photo of the products, then offered a refund of $15 to keep the products. I refused & reminded them the product did not work. Then they offered $30, which I refused. Then they offered a refund of $40.98 minus shipping cost. I sent a screenshot that shipping was free. They claimed they had shipping costs & offered $43. I reminded them that their advertisement said if I purchased 3 tubes, shipping was free & to now charge me for shipping was fraud. They finally agreed to refund $63.66. I was confused at the larger refund & went back through my credit card statement & saw that despite my order confirmation was $48.97 they had actually charged me $63.66!
