Potentially a scam
Potentially a scam, similar to previous comment, I was asked by a “serious” buyer as he claimed to be, to supply a report from them, I paid for the gold package to accelerate, then he wanted full report which means I had to pay more and get diamond package, the weird thing is that my car buyer way of wording in his messages (Facebook marketplace)was very similar to the person I was emailing for this website, once I shared the reports, the buyer disappeared completely, which make me believe it’s a the same person.

Unprofessional
I was asked by a buyer to supply a report for my car from this company. They wanted the full Diamond report but I baulked at the price. To be fair, Z2A Auto Inspect agreed to produce the full report at the price of a Gold report.
However, from here on, things went south. The first version provided mixed up my car with another completely different vehicle. After four days of chasing them for a corrected version, they sent a new document with the correct information, but badly formatted and completely unlike the professional looking first version. I got the impression they just rushed a new version to me without bothering to format it. Their communications with me were brusque and I did not feel I got my money's worth.
