I placed an order on June 6
I placed an order on June 6, but it wasn’t shipped until June 18—12 days later, and only on the day it was marked “out for delivery.” Because of this delay, I missed my scheduled hair appointment and had to leave the country without the hair I ordered.
My hairstylist—who originally recommended this company—was surprised by the delay too. She mentioned that if she’d known it would take this long, she would have directed me to a different vendor.
Customer service did respond at first but told me to take it up with FedEx. When I explained the situation and asked if I could reorder the same hair when I returned and possibly receive store credit, no one replied after that.
To make things worse, the package was left at my door and stolen while I was away, despite the fact that I have a secure locker available. The delay in shipping and poor handling of delivery completely ruined the experience.
For the price point and reputation, I expected better. The lack of accountability and follow-through is extremely disappointing. I don’t think it’s fair that I now have to repurchase the same product at full price.

According to the information provided, we couldn't find your order in our system. Ywigs tries best to provide fast shipping service to the customers. The problem is that we don't have control over the transportation company, so sometimes there will be delays in the transportation process. In such cases, all we can do is contact the transportation company to urge them to dispatch the goods, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time. Regarding the situation where the package was stolen, if the package was delivered correctly but was stolen after delivery, we are very sorry. However, no one will keep your package all the time because after delivery, the package will no longer be under the control of the transportation company.

The hair turned out nice and was delivered surprisingly fast. My own issues is that the loops were a little too smail but my stylist made it work. It would also be nice if the hair was available in 14”; its a nice in-between length.

Great quality and love the look. when you need a hairstyle that you can style with medium maintenance. I dyed the bundles and the curl pattern stayed the same. they even blended pretty well with my natural hair which is a slightly lighter color than the bundled dyed. definitely recommend 5/5
