I had to pay $18 to return a $40 mat. That makes it incredibly hard to compete with Target where I purchased a travel mat of equal quality and know that I could return easily. Wish you the best.

Is yune yoga a scam? Why can I not get ahold of anyone about making a return?
The product is pretty crappy to be honest, it is an extremely short strap, so you can barely put it over your shoulder, and definitely cannot wear it comfortably across body. The general design is also quite dumb, the strap is made from a very slippery material, and the loop on the end have to be manually threaded each time you want to put it on your bag. Because the material is so slippery, it slides through the loops constantly.
I am actually very disappointed with the product, but even more disappointed with customer service (if it even exists).
